All Mito was known for was being the first Jinchuriki. Her ninja skills are unknown and unexplained. How would we know? Is it because of the diamond on her forehead that Tsunade is wearing out? Sakura's parents' careers of being shinobi are unknown as well. Tsunade made a name for herself because she has no bijuu to mess up her control and she has Uzumaki and Senju so that increases her power but that doesn't mean Chakra Control is inherited.
