Controlling the flames with the right eye doesn't mean he doesn't have Tsukuyomi or Kakgatsuchi is somehow a right eye doujutsu. That doesn't even make any sense. It simply implies that once the flames are formed, the left eye no longer controls them. Sasuke has exhibited Moon eye genjutsu for quite some time. Moon simply implies illusion in this sense, which all Uchihas seem to possess.

How do you think Obito controlled Yagura? He can't use Amaterasu, because he lacks the other eye or the Sun-eye for the black flames, but is able to cast Tsukuyomi with the one he has. Also, you are jumping to conclusions. The fight has just started. Give it time because jumping the gun. Well, he intends to become the jinchuuriki of the Juubi and plans on casting Mugen Tsukuyomi. He would need that tech, to use it. Also, in "Road to Ninja" he uses Tsukuyomi. I understand that isn't canon, but I find it rather odd Kishi would have him performing that tech and it relating to the storyline.

So? Why does he need to? He has massive techs. He is a flashy guy. Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu aren't flashy techs. Just because he hasn't used them, doesn't mean he lacks them. Until a week ago, you would've said Hashirama doesn't have Sage Mode.

If you re-read/watch the Bee fight, he awakens his MS and uses a "tech" on Bee to put him under a Genjutsu. This "tech" was enough to strain his MS. Now why would he awaken MS just to cast a normal Sharingan tech? Doesn't make sense. That was Tsukuyomi. He just sucks at it.

Sasuke Does have Tsukuyomi though which casted an illusion on danzo. Key word illusion- Illusioon implies genjutsu the blaze release is a ninjutsu just saying Kagetsuchi did not Susanoo

Because the MS amplifies normal Sharingan techniques. Sasuke always announces his jutsu every time he uses them, he has yelled Amaterasu and Kagutsuchi several times, but when he uses his Genjutsu, he either says nothing or he says "Genjutsu Sharingan"! Which is what he did against Kabuto to free Itachi from the Sound Genjutsu. While Itachi said Tsukuyomi, Sasuke said "Genjutsu Sharingan". That was Kishimoto confirming that Sasuke did not have Tsukuyomi.
