The power might be roughly the same but there are distinctions (Shisui's left MS is long term and the right ms for short term control(mizukage snapped out of it))... Left MS + right MS = Susanoo.....does not matter if the MS is special...

In this case the Data book Over rules the manga. Unless your trying to Deny The databook without actual evidence, which is futile.

No, but Shisui's techniques are unique to him (from what we've seen), he has extra techniques.

Ideally, every MS user (Uchiha) should have Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi; they're the standard MS techniques.

And given that they're the preset techniques, they grant Susanoo

You do, that what the databook says. It's like, You need to Go through SM Training to Enter SM and use Senjtusu. We never saw Kabuto actually train, does that mean that he didn't? certainly not. The evidence is rather clear.

There is somehting called Keitai Henka (shape manipulation).

Sasuke Distributed Keitai Henka on amatearasu to produce: Enton Kagatsuchi
Itachi Disrtibuted Keitai Henka on Tsukyomi to produce: His own special Tsukyomi
Madara Distrubited Keitai Henka on Susano'o to enable: it to fuse with Kurama as a shield and weapon.

Controlling the flames with the right eye doesn't mean he doesn't have Tsukuyomi or Kakgatsuchi is somehow a right eye doujutsu. That doesn't even make any sense. It simply implies that once the flames are formed, the left eye no longer controls them. Sasuke has exhibited Moon eye genjutsu for quite some time. Moon simply implies illusion in this sense, which all Uchihas seem to possess.

How do you think Obito controlled Yagura? He can't use Amaterasu, because he lacks the other eye or the Sun-eye for the black flames, but is able to cast Tsukuyomi with the one he has. Also, you are jumping to conclusions. The fight has just started. Give it time because jumping the gun. There is a high chance that you will be proven wrong, and the technique requirements still stand, until the manga doesn't present something to refute them.
