[Question] Reputation

1.) How do I get my rep power up, to where if I rep someone, they would have more green bars?

2.) When I get rep, can I see how much rep power the person had?

One person cannot make a green bar appear on his own..you need 100 (sometimes more) points of rep for the bar to be raised by 1. Rep Power remains 1 until 2,000 posts, i think, and some other stuff..

1. It takes rep power, your individual rep won't add a bar.

1. Post a lot (I guess) and post good posts so that you get repped.

2. You can always ask them, I guess. Or constantly keep track of your rep.
