I noticed that NarutoBase Forums lack Rep.It is such a waste,since many forums have rep system.One more thing,we need a new Rep Rank,hack the default one to make this.Please consider about this,rep is serious business...lol jkjk,but it is fun trust me :headband:

No,I not mean the bar for the Rank System.Green bar is for Reputation,while the bar for the Rank might be uploaded to match the skin by the Admins.

Yamato,Reputation System is a famous VBulletin system.Most of forums have it.If a reputation(rep for short) is green,this shows that the user is somewhat good or respected among others,if it shows red,it's a negative rep.

You can give rep to a person by clicking the white scale thing under the user's Location.
