-reps are not fair

Ok, so it is not fair that when I -rep somebody, he can -rep me for that.

for example, -repped somebody because he was trolling and he -repped me saying "why you give me negative rep? here have some "

it's not fair, he was trolling and i didn't do absolutely anything wrong

now he might just -rep every post of mine (well, now he is blocked but after he gets unblocked) and what can I do?

Not that I'd have to report anyone, but it's one's word against another's. And without a report button, all you could do is send a PM saying "he -repped me for hating on sasuke. [Infract him!]"
