I understand your point but I don't agree with this DS, sorry.
To begin with, i don't understand what's the point of going for realism so much since we are all members of a forum and we RP based on a manga lol.
So yeah, even if you think about it as "being Naruto-realistic" it's still wrong, cause we have so many members here that are RP active for 1 year and more and they, naturally, want to keep improving and getting new abilities. If we set a limit, there won't be an interest in RP anymore.
About the time frame rule, i absolutely agree with it, cause, even though sometimes it doesn't work as it's supposed to, it at least make the fighters block an attack instead of canceling it all the time. It forces them to show this battling behavior since the begging, block don't cancel.
Also, as others already mentioned, we don't have enough time or staff members to do the whole re-evaluation thingy and especially now that we all have exams.
However, when V and Zise are done with the things they are working on, more things will be released and i trust that they will make the RP even better.
Finally, knowing this RP system well and watching it from close for over a year i can tell you one thing; the problem never was or never will be the system as a basis, but the lack of common sense of some members. And unfortunately, we can't do anything about that.
