Well, I think it's against the NB rule to ask for rep. So don't make a thread asking for rep. But I don't judge a person by his/her rep bar cause sometimes people will give you -rep for your opinion -_-. Just keep posting,try talking to people,and become friends with them. Post something that you think will make people laugh or agree with you and you might get +rep.

I think you need to have a bio to join a village idk. I also got denied not to long ago. But it happens. I don't think rep matters when joining a village though. I think you just have to be good a rping.
