[Question] =Rep award question. Need help.

Okay, so the title says most of it, but:

_____I have an idea for a +Rep reward thread, but new threads (especially troll threads) always drown it out and push it off the list before enough people have the opportunity to see it.
_____My problem is I thought I could "advertise" it so enough people can see it--that way I'll have enough suggestions to keep my word and provide the +rep. BUT I'm not sure if it's against Naruto Base rules or not to go to related threads & tell them about mine. If it is I'll find another solution. Maybe send messages to the members I know aren't trolls or haters.

• Rep Abuse: While it is normal to give reputation to people who help you or have done something you found interesting for the forum, repeatedly asking for people to rep you, to rate your profile, or the participation in games like "rep me and I will rep you" are considered "cheating" and are not allowed. If caught spreading reputation points, Admins can set your points to 0. To question or try get your reputation back will result in that the reputation bar gets inactivated for the user.
  If negative reputation is given for no reason and/or for inappropriate reasons administrators will take action.
