Madara tried to manipulate Sakura into doing his bidding, because he was important teased by her prowess . He told her that he will help her to get stronger to get Sasuke, and he will assure her that her friends will be safe. She agreed. He needed someone smarter than obito, he gave her his RINNEGAN and sharrigan , she cloned them , then sealed them in her eyes so she could activate and describe them at will. Madara gave obito the original.
After he was a edo, he went back on his word harming tsunade , and her friends. She was pissed , but he can control her because she has his eyes....but then she developed byakugou and broke his control and solo'd him and obito . She is too op.
Regeneration + can absorb ninjutsu + god like speed + God like strength
She then went on to solo the whole nv, and everyone lived happily ever after
Okay fine, somehow Madara got the Jubbi and was immortal, but she solo'd his limbos.
This was cut because kishi wanted Sasuke to have the RINNEGAN and Naruto to get more powerful.... And because he wanted boys to save the day wtf
