Kakashi wasn't dead yet when he saw rin and obito, he probably had a little dream before he died.

When he got to the place where his father was, then he was confirmed dead

that was just inside Kakashi's mind , unlike when he met his father ..that was in the after-life

, that's why Tsunade only noticed that he Passed away when he met his father , not when he saw that .
