He can use a daikodon and it is pretty much over; since everything in Mei's arsenal is ninjutsu based, before that he can use large scale 1000 feeding sharks to block lava release, nothing in Mei's arsenal by her suitons can't get pass them:

It absorbs chakra and gets stronger when it is effected by opponent's jutsu, using one of these woud absorb anything Mei can offer and gets launched on her in a greater power.

Mei is still outclassed and not even in Kisames league even without Samehada. Submerging underwater/underground counters acid mist. Mei's Yoton is countered with Kisames Suiton, and her very own suiton is no major threat to Kisame either. Not to mention Mei has no counters to 1,000 sharks or Daikodan, which trumps anything and everything she throws at him.

I would be surprised if Mei even raises this to a high-difficulty win for Kisame.
