So I know that Raikage considered Minato to be unsurpassable and that he felt weaker than him, but I fail to see how he's weaker.
I mean, he's slower, yeah, but Minato has no way to get passed his defense. All Minato has is a kunai, and that isn't doing anything. It's just that I don't see how Minato can beat him and figure that it would be a stalemate, or until one loses their chakra.
