Regarding the 4th's encounter with the 4th

So I know that Raikage considered Minato to be unsurpassable and that he felt weaker than him, but I fail to see how he's weaker.

I mean, he's slower, yeah, but Minato has no way to get passed his defense. All Minato has is a kunai, and that isn't doing anything. It's just that I don't see how Minato can beat him and figure that it would be a stalemate, or until one loses their chakra.

I know it's probably been brought up before, but I'm just curious.

Even if he's using that lightening, a rasengan to anybody part is going to wreck him. Remember his rasengans are ridiculously big as opposed to naruto's or konohamaru's or jiraiyas.

Sasuke's Chidori couldn't harm his lighting armor, so I doubt that Minato's rasingan is hurting him. Also, Naruto's most powerful FRS didn't do anything to lighting armor.

A chidori that was made for piercing barley did anything, and it's supposed to be rasengans equal.

But maybe a rasengan barrage, or him just constantly getting him could probably weaken him.

That's where i disagree with you, Rasengan > Chidori unless plot is involved. AT the final valley, that was just plot to let sasuke escape and proceed the story and to shippuden. it wasn't really chidori versus rasengan but more a hatred versus love.
