Does everything have to be a competition? It's spoiling Tobirama's moment for me.

I don't think Tobirama's got better reflexes, just based on Tobirama getting blitzed whilst Minato didn't.

A started meters away and Minato needed FTG. Tobirama stuck 3 tags on a near instant being with one hand while putting a Hiraishin mark on him within the second without FTG. Who has better reactions again?

Remember that a touch can simply put the mark and it was Obito who is coming towards Tobirama distance apart. If you have noticed the attack from Minato, Minato was even out of balance to react because he is the attacker but despite that, he was able to escape Obito's attack with that small gap of a distance.

Nope. Minato dodges a full speed punch from A at point blank range. Tobirama hasn't demonstrated reflexes of that level. Also, the example you showed was an example of planning, not reflexes.

It is stated that Minato's Shunshin > Tobirama's.

FTG has been called shunshin, so it's not unreasonable to assume that Minato's FTG is indeed, faster than Tobirama's

Tagged a near instant Obito with 3 explosive tags and marked him, with one hand. That is a reflex feat.
