What Minato did was impressive, but it did not require planning or the precision Tobirama's reaction showed. Come at me. Not hating on Minato by the way.

I don't think Tobirama's got better reflexes, just based on Tobirama getting blitzed whilst Minato didn't.

I don't think so bro. Minato dodge A's punch cm away but Tobirama was not able to dodge Obito's speedblitz when they are distance apart. Also Minato was able to dodge RM Obito's counter when the gap between him and Obito is so close. Those are the deciding factors to establish the difference in reflexes

Wrong and wrong Tobirama has more EXPERIENCE than Minato that's what was just stated if you follow carefully Tobirama grew up in a waring era he grew fighting all his life that much experience can't be created from justu or reading. The fit tobitama performed using a bushin was just learnt from Minato, he was shocked and also impressed when Minato used Harishin with a bushin and he is the original inventor of the harishin so he tried it with a bushin and thus he said its slower than using the original body. 3. Its a manga fact that minato is faster tobirama stated this when minato got to the battle field b4 him and when he sliced obito. But because of experience tobirama rocks...!!! Am not a fan of either so am not biased... Am a naruto fan.
