Appears and breaks the genjutsu of yours that i casted to make you feel better.
Sorry 9ers, but the ravens kicked your arse!!!!
now on to training or what... link me to your other gen training thread thingy.
You can also use pain in our rp so that you don't have to use one of three moves in a turn. Sometimes in a lower ranking genjutsu it's best to use pain instead of Kai. Might be hindered a bit but if you are smart and cause pain where you are hardly uneffected by pain and in battle, thats the best way to go.Do it your way lol, I'm just here to learn. Best way to get my weaknesses up is to learn from a specialist in them.
Genjutsu doesn't physically do anything to the target, most of the time. It attacks them mentally. Simply the user inserts their chakra into their targets head and manipulate what their senses into thinking something is happening when it really isn't. Their are genjutsu that immobilize the target, which would give the user an opening. Their are genjutsus that mess with the targets sight, which in turn helps the user get in position to take advantage.
Most Genjutsus are quick, and happen almost instantly (without hand seals). If the target is caught, he will have to use a technique or kai to get him out of it. Thus using up in our rp one of his three moves and giving you a chance to either take advantage and follow up with an attack or a supplemetary technique.
Basically, one cannot go wrong with using Genjutsu in an opening move.
It's not really about how OP it is, it's mainly so that it "freeze's" you for a moment so you can land your 2nd attack. It's a good jutsu for you i think and the water gushing imprisonment is not bad followup.About that, Pain. Where are places you can cause pain to that will break you out of a gen, yet not hinder you completely. I mean i've stabbed my palms a bunch of times, one time i couldn't move in a gen so i stabbed by leg with an earth spear and couldn't walk. ~_~
first time looking through this jutsu list lol I don't think I have ever been put under a cannon genjutsu, its only been OP custom ones lol
how about this?
( Genjutsu: Oshitsubusu Hebi Kubire ) - Illusion Technique: Crushing Snake Constriction
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user puts the opponent into a genjutsu which has snakes appear beneath the opponent to constrict them and with the users command, they crush the opponent. In reality, the opponent is immobilized and takes damage due to the stress on his mind.
This one is pretty good for me. I have a snakes, so I could easily disguise this as a summoning attack. Leaving my target immobilized, and open. Also, since it's a B rank, imo the first thing people think of is Nagashi to break it. So a little water attack should be a nice follow up. Maybe Gushing Water Imprisonment or something along those lines.
what would you do if you were caught in thislol yea, now that it's been updated it's actually useful. lol
