Arriving at the arena merged with GOA, Dragon Fang around his waist in whip form, Shadowblade in his left and sword on right hip, Logix would greet the crowd of spectators that looked upon him. Logix would move towards the center of the gigantic arena that covered a 15 meter radius, waiting for his opponent to step up. Logix noticed that the stands were protected by a translucent barrier, one that his intel told him could withstand 140 damage before being broken.

Description: Garb of Achlys, or GOA, is an ancient tool that takes the form of a battered piece of clothing that resembles a cloth, although due to the abilities it has it has been seen in different forms. Once a worthy owner encounters GOA it would form a bond with them and change into a form desirable and suitable for the user. Once this is accomplished the user would be granted several new abilities, all for a cost though. This is due to the parasitic nature of GOA. GOA is a conscious, sentient construct that although is aware of the world around it, does not interact with it in a significant manner, merely just being present. The weapon itself is said to have an unknown number of capabilities, however only a numbered amount of it’s abilities are currently known.

First and foremost, the garb’s connection with user and the user’s capabilities. Through it’s awareness of the world GOA grants Vayne sensory, however it is limited to shadows. Vayne becomes aware of any and all shadows present in the area, no matter how small or faded they may be. However, although he becomes aware of the shadow, distinguishing specific parts of the shadow would require concentration. Normally Vayne would have a basic understanding of what the shadow is, for example he would distinguish that fingers are being held up, but with concentration he would be capable of knowing how many fingers are being held up. This sensory grants Vayne a two times multiplier in regards to sensing. Of course this ability becomes completely useless for constructs that lack a shadow. This ability is always active as long as a piece of GOA is in contact with Vayne. It costs five chakra points per turn. The user is limited to focusing on 3 objects, during which his awareness of the outer world is cut to just being aware.(No sensory multiplier)

The second ability relates to the general function of the garb and it’s bias towards perfection. Due to this GOA can essentially change it’s shape into anything and separate into multiple shapes to match the need’s of it’s bearer. GOA has the ability to alter it’s size, this proves useful when it is owned by different users. The size altering occurs after the user passively sacrifices twenty chakra points, through those GOA could change it’s size, essentially expanding at a rapid rate, allowing it to assume more shapes. Individually, GOA can be treated as a cloth, not offering any defensive or offensive capabilities. However, when more and more of GOA build atop itself it can reach surmountable strength and durability. The power of GOA depends on the amount of additional chakra the user supplies, with the strength corresponding to the 1:2 chakra:damage output. This can be used five times per battle. When hitting thirty chakra points mark, the strength increase only lasts three turns, which upon ending prevent the utilisation of the power increase of equal or higher measure for two turns. Sacrificing forty results in an increase that only lasts two turns, after which a three turn interval must pass before the reutilisation of the power increase ability. In regards to sacrifices lower than thirty, they all last for four turns, after which a turn interval must pass before the utilisation of the technique. The aspect of decreasing the size of GOA would cost five chakra points and can be freely used as it offers no noteworthy advantage to the user. Any offensive/defensive actions done with the expanded cloth would cost a move, barring the turn it expands in.

The third and perhaps the most battle useful ability of GOA is it’s relation to the Nara clan arts and related techniques. The garb implements it’s awareness into the user and clear their mind from any unnecessary thoughts(killing intent and similar/emotion altering techniques) , this allows the user to be more proficient with their usage of nara clan related techniques, allowing them to be able to create and use more complex and concentration requiring techniques. Normal techniques would be performed with more ease, translating to a -5 to chakra requirement for initial usage of the technique. Furthermore, GOA has one more function that greatly aids the user in conflicts. It becomes passively active when a nara or related technique is used(Shadow CFS for example), GOA would release some of the user’s previously taken chakra into the technique, empowering it as a result. This translates to a rank increase for A ranks and below, while for higher it increases the power by ten. This ability can only come into effect as long as the GOA has taken some chakra beforehand. GOA absorbs five chakra points per turn for this ability and would require twenty chakra points in order to have the ability come into play, however, the user can actively sacrifice chakra, four times per battle, in order to have a higher storage of chakra. The user can sacrifice up to forty chakra points, this can be performed in the same timeframe of a technique, allowing the user to have the boost added to the attack in the same instance it is released. Boosts are restricted to once every two turns.

In regards to the GOA's durability, it depends on the extent of the second abilities usage that was previously mentioned. When the ability is not in use the garb would be as durable as normal clothes, leaving it vulnerable to attacks. However, all parts of the garb must be destroyed in order to render it completely useless. If a portion of the garb was not destroyed then it could be used to return the garb to it's former glory, based on the capabilities/restrictions placed on the second ability.
-Can only be used by a nara.
-If not on the user's person, it can be summoned similar to any other weapon, additionally, GOA is not negatively affected by states or similar that the user assumes. Such as turning into fire won't burn or negatively affect the Garb itself, allowing it to be wielded without any hindrance.

(Tessaria No Zangō) - Trenches of Thessaly

Description: As the user grows accustomed to the Garb of Achlys, the relationship between the two can be bolstered. Fully embracing the parasitic nature of the ancient tool, GOA would merge with the user's body, where GOA's sentience would now become more prevalent as it becomes capable of interacting with the user in their mind, akin to a Jinchuriki and their Biju's interaction. Naturally, the sentience is in the form of Achlys herself, 'Goddess of the Eternal Night'.

Trenches of Thessaly enables the user and Achlys to work in tandem, empowering their overall merger. The prime ability bolstered is the user's connection to their shadow and their capabilities with it, where the user's sensory capabilities in regards to shadows is bolstered rising to x3, with the user's external awareness on objects not focused on being at a x1.5 sensory multiplier. Labelled as the Tears of Fate.

Fields of Flower, accessible only to those with Fūin, considered as Kage/Fūin, enables the user to expand on the weapon's supplementing capabilities, allowing the user to gain a greater degree of control over shadow based techniques. Thrice per battle at a cost of fourty chakra, with a turn interval, the user can supplement a shadow with a dark silver scripts/insignias for Primordial Darkness, having said seal appear on the shadow and on the user/Achlys merger. The seal grants the shadow based technique an 'Absolute' state, where it becomes unaffected by any foreign techniques that target chakra in clashes/interactions. While the sealing effects are of S rank level, the key to defeating the seals is a light source (fire/lightning) that matches the 'applied to' technique's strength. Due to the insignia's being split between the user and the technique, combating one or the other becomes easier, as the light source can be a rank lower. Flashbombs/blinding lights, if used within short range, can erase the insignias, but, as a soft counter to FF, if the insignia on the user's body persists/unaffected, the seal on the technique is reformed, maintaining the techniques 'Absolute' state. Can last up to three turns, at a cost of twenty chakra per turn, with it applicable in same t/f, or simply after.

Trenches of Thessaly can last as long as the user has the chakra to maintain it, and naturally as they are merged, the user can use any of Garb of Achlys core abilities through their body. In regards to Achlys herself, her presence within the user's mind naturally bolsters the existing resistance, making the user's thoughts impenetrable to mind reading techniques and similar of A rank and below. Notably this ability costs twenty chakra per turn, with Field's of Flower, if activated, costing 20 per turn, and Trenches of Thessaly itself costing another ten chakra per turn that stacks with GOA's own chakra cost. The user's merger with GOA itself costs fourty chakra points, with the user having the option of entering a battle merged with the weapon, but only being capable of utilising two active techniques in the first turn.

Gajeel walks into the arena, sword on his back, looking at his foe for this match. This would make for an interesting fight, someone he knew nothing about. It had been a while since he'd fought himself. His companion on his chest blending in. He waited to see what his opponent would do.

Not wasting any time, Logix would start by creating a crystal of Yumeton inside his mouth, empowering his overall capabilities, before taking off to move closer to Gajeel at increased speeds, aiming to enter short range distance with the man. Once within range, Logix would attempt to strike the man with a rising right uppercut aimed towards the chin. The attack would not be a simple punch, as Logix would have formed a sharp blade of shadow atop his right hand. If the punch were to hit, multiple tendrils would extend to restrict Gajeel's movements and lock him within Logix's control. Should that be allowed to happen, Logix would proceed to swing Gajeel violently into the ground via said tendrils.

The crystal will immediately be absorbed into the user's body, putting him under the affects of the psychoactive side-effects near instantly. The user's heart would start to beat at rapid rates as he begins to feel/see a white spirit wrap its limbs around the user's limbs as if to control them. On the other hand he starts to hallucinate that the opponent is some feeble shell of themselves, thus giving the user the thought of being leagues stronger than the scrawny opponent. The simple state of "mind over matter" kicks in and due to the user believing he's much stronger than the opponent physically, he actually begins to push his body past its limits to reach this gap in physical strength. In turn this gives the user a slight boost in his physical movements (1.5× speed) and stronger damage from his physical attacks such as taijutsu, Kenjutsu and Bukijutsu (+20). Of course, being under the affects of such a strong psychoactive substance, it would come with a few drawbacks.

Gajeel would start off by turning his body to steel in preparation for the fight, this happens as you drug up on your trippy stuff. His foe would now speed towards him, faster than when he entered the arena at least. As it stood Gajeel could currently keep up with him, tracking wise at least. As he got close aiming to strike, Gajeel would release a surge of chakra all around him in the form of tiny razor blades to slice through his foe and everything around him in short range. This would shred him up causing his proceeding attack to be rendered useless:

As he is about to strike, Logix would see the emerging blades and would instantly react by utilising his chakra to to create a defensive layer of shadow that coats his body, protecting him from the damage he would have received from the attack, but still getting pushed back just outside of short range. In tandem with his action, Logix would, w/o handseals (specs), but through the mere motion of his hand, create an actual shadow clone on the ground, one that would remain in it's shadowy form, hiding in Gajeel's own shadow for the moment.

Once pushed back, Logix would move back from the steel structure that took a dome shape, waiting for the opponent to remerge.

Description: This technique is one of the most powerful techniques of the Shadow Combat Style. Its main motive is to provide the utmost defensive abilities that shadows could ever provide. The user begins by channeling his shadow chakra throughout his body and releasing tendrils of shadows from all the pores in his body. The tendrils will swiftly coil around the body, re-enter the body, re-emerge and coil around the body again. This is a continuous process that coats the user's body in layers of shadows, creating a tight mesh that provide a very good defense by providing a new layer every time. The mesh is so strong, that the user can punch a big and dense rock with his fist with all his might, and still feel nothing. Not only that, the tendrils go deep inside the user’s body, and coat itself over the bones as well, making it extra strong. Damage due to physical impact (or any Taijutsu) will increase by +20 due to the strong chakra mesh coating over the body. The tendrils when they re-enter the body, causes slight pain to the user every time, enough to keep him out of B-Rank and below genjutsus continuously. The user can, if needed, channel his shadow chakra into his weapons, to give them the same effect. However, they lose the effect the moment the user leaves the weapon. The user can also release the tendrils passively outside his body (up to short-range), to grab the opponents and throw them (any freeform activity).

Description: Developed as an advanced variant of the Shadow Clone technique, the Nara Clan's manipulation of shadows created the concept for the Shadow Imitation Clone technique. The user begins by concentrating chakra into their shadow while preforming three hand seals (Ram-Hare-Dragon). Chakra is fed into the user's shadow which is imitating the hand seals and rather then the user creating a actual tangible clone, the shadow will begin to replicate itself into one or more additional intangible shadows of the user imparting 100 chakra each. This technique may be preformed within the same time frame of another shadow technique, and upon creation, or while in use, the clones may stay upon the ground like normal shadows or manifest themselves above ground depending on the needs of the user. These literal shadow clones move separate from the user and move as fast as a standard Kage shinobi or faster depending on the time of day (being twice as fast at dawn and midmorning). The silhouette clones are capable of blending into other shadows to hide and surmount a surprise attack from an opponent's blindside or bind the opponent in place and manipulate their movements counting towards the user's move count. The shadowy clones also move without producing sound and are able to materialize into a solid 3 dimensional form with up to steel like quality counting towards the user's total move count. This allows them to confuse the enemy by making them believe it's the user and/or preform the user's known taijutsu, kenjutsu, or other physical based non-elemental attacks while giving them the binding properties of the shadow and granting said techniques an additional +10 damage due to the hardness. The shadow/user retains complete control over this, and can make all or only part of their body solidify allowing things to pass through them, or blocked entirely (only effective on ninja tools/weapons/physical attacks). Unlike the normal shadow clone technique, these clones cannot be destroyed by physical means as they are purely shadows. The clones can also preform Shadow Techniques, using their bodies as a source. However unlike the parent technique, these clones are only capable of preforming shadow manipulation and physical based non elemental techniques up to A-rank.

He torrent of blades would shoot out all around though his foe would be protected by a dark form, almost like a shadow. He would seem to take no damage, leading Gajeel to believe his foe was stronger than he initially anticipated. As his foe was pushed back, his shadow moved towards Gajeels. With the armour seeming of the same nature, it would appear he was fighting a Nara, though he didn't really know a lot about their clan techniques. Gajeel would quickly perform a few handseals releasing a flash of light from over his entire body, this would erase his shadow and with it completely negate the shadow within his shadow (what a line ay?). This would blind his opponent allowing Gajeel to place his foe within and illusion with the flash. This would happen as the blades have fell to the floor, as though the wall of blades revealed the flash.

In the illusion his foe would feel wires pierce his entire body pulling on him in all directions preventing him from moving.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.

Description: This genjutsu can be used in two ways, either with a single handseal, or thrusting the users palm forwards for the target to see. Upon performing one of these two methods, the user will release their chakra into the target/targets and bind them in an illusion where they are essentially sewn up with steel wires. The user can choose which body parts are stitched, but the target will suddenly see a small needle and steel thread shoot out from being them and rapidly sew parts of their body together. An example of this would be the needle appearing and stitching their mouth together in rapid movements causing excruciating pain and binding their lips shut so they can't talk. Another example would be stitching the targets arms to their body. As they try to pull against the stitches, they would just cause even more pain until they pass out. Though the initial jutsu will mentally hurt them it will not be enough to cause them to faint. The user can use this illusion to create multiple needles and threads and bind up to 3 targets, restricting their movements. A very sadistic, painful, binding illusion. In the illusion, if the target tried to cut the wire the illusion itself would create an opposing force restricting them to give the illusion the wires can't be cut.

As he gets blinded, Logix would frown as his Shadow clone would get caught up in the commotion, but brushing it off, he focused on the more pressing issues at hand. Logix would deduce that he was placed in an illusion due to two main reasons, the first being the stitches suddenly appearing on his body, which to an extent had a similar technique already in place. The fact that the illusionary stitches did not interact with the shadow on his body, combined with said stitches not having a shadow of their own that Logix could sense, lead to the Nara deducing the illusion. The illusion would be swiftly broken via the medical gauntlet Logix had on his person, leaving him free to continue his next course of action.

Logix would activate Kageka held in his left at waist level, gaining a new form around, before moving in towards Gajeel once more. This time around Logix was aiming to deliver a series of powerful quick right jab towards Gajeel's head, followed up by two slashes with Kageka targeting the stomach area followed by the chest. The slashes would be horizontal and deep enough to cause internal bleeding on a normal opponent.

(Iryō-yō Gantoretto ) - Medical Gauntlet

Description: The medical gauntlet is a gauntlet that is also a computer that was created by Korra for gathering data and storing it. The gauntlet is a standard gauntlet with a touch screen/holo display. The screen always faces up no matter what angle the user has their arm up. The gauntlet also has an opening to fit in 5 test tube the user can use to store poison vials or DNA vials. With the DNA/Poison being stored the user is able to scan and learn about the KG/AE in the DNA as well as antidotes for poisons. In the NW the gauntlet can connect to any NPC computer to send and take files for the user. If other users have a gauntlet they can communicate with each other landmarks away to share important info faster. This is done by incorporating a similar sealing technique like (Fuuinjutsu: Kami Komyunikēshon) Sealing Arts: Scroll Communication technique to allow for the communication. The gauntlet computer that also can alert the user to when their chakra system is disrupted and in a genjutsu. The Gauntlet can release a burst of chakra into the user and break them out of A rank and below genjutsu. It can also alert the user to any damage they have taken and to what extent.

Description: A special blade created by Oisha during the Red Fever Tournament, the Shadowblade is a sword designed to extend the ability to manipulate shadows and the user to a different degree than Nara users. Appearing regularly as just a dagger hilt without a sword, the user is capable of channeling chakra into it and forming a dagger of solidified shadows. While this blade can deal 60 damage per attack, it's true power lies in its shadowy nature. When active, it creates a wispy effect around the user. This allows any and all physical based attacks to phase through the user, causing no damage or adverse effects to him. This also allows the user to shadowtravel, traveling to any shadow in the same landmark once per turn. This is an unique S/T ability, happening instantly at the cost of 30 chakra. The blade is capable of drawing up the shadows to heal 10 damage per turn as well, both lasting as long as the technique is in use.
Note: This Technique lasts up to 7 turns or 3 uses of Shadowtravel, whichever ends earlier.

( Ikari Nomikomu no Jutsu ) - Fury Swallow Technique

Description: The user punches the opponent a few times and finishes them with two final slashes with their blade or sword.
As his flash went off, he would bind his foe in an illusion though it seemed to have little effect as he continued to move after. It led Gajeel to believe the man had broken the illusion in a unique way. As he did though the clouds would have finished forming above, as the heavens opened and rain fell over the field, thanks to Gajeel's Rainman speciality. With that his opponent would take on a new form. This was similar to before in it's shadow aspect but there was something new, the rain passed directly through man in this form, making no physical contact. Who knew the Nara clan had come this far?

Gajeel noticed before that all the shadows were cast away by the light he'd released. It made sense when you thought about it, though it could be a double edged sword. His opponent couldn't physically be hit, so what about energy? In that case what about one that had a form of brightness to it again?

With that Gajeel would release lightning all around him in the form of a tornado. This would serve to protect him but the brightness of it would cast all the shadows away, even his own. Due to this it should knock his opponent out of his form while it took dragon form striking his location. Gajeel knew where his opponent would be thanks to his connection with his personal summon:

Regaining his vision and seeing the oncoming technique, Logix would grab Dragon Fang with his right and begin swinging it around himself as he advanced towards Gajeel. The rotation of the whip would lead to the lightning attack getting absorbed as it makes contact with the whip, in addition to casting an illusion upon Gajeel through sound the moment the whip started rotating. Through the illusion, Gajeel would see that Logix had stopped in his tracks, with the whip resting at his side, but in reality, Logix would have covered the short distance between the two and would aim to deliver a horizontal whip strike to Gajeel's neck, with the whip coiling around his neck enabling Logix to follow up with a powerful yank to disorient and potentially asphyxiate Gajeel.

In tandem with the second yanking, Logix would passively manipulate tendrils to emerge from his feet, having them travel to wrap around the length of Gajeel's legs and lock them up, restricting his movement and limiting his countering options.

In reality, the user will continue the move the whip around while moving forwards, and as the user comes within hitting distance from the opponent, he will flick the whip forwards and catch the opponent around the neck, effectively strangling or killing them, depending on the kind of whip the user carries.

The tendrils will swiftly coil around the body, re-enter the body, re-emerge and coil around the body again. This is a continuous process that coats the user's body in layers of shadows, creating a tight mesh that provide a very good defense by providing a new layer every time. The mesh is so strong, that the user can punch a big and dense rock with his fist with all his might, and still feel nothing. Not only that, the tendrils go deep inside the user’s body, and coat itself over the bones as well, making it extra strong. Damage due to physical impact (or any Taijutsu) will increase by +20 due to the strong chakra mesh coating over the body. The tendrils when they re-enter the body, causes slight pain to the user every time, enough to keep him out of B-Rank and below genjutsus continuously. The user can, if needed, channel his shadow chakra into his weapons, to give them the same effect. However, they lose the effect the moment the user leaves the weapon. The user can also release the tendrils passively outside his body (up to short-range), to grab the opponents and throw them (any freeform activity).

Gajeel would of been left unaware if it wasn't for his summon who spoke of the chakra he could taste. Gajeel could neither see or hear anything about chakra but his summon would explain that the whip was coming at him. Gajeel decided he would step things up a notch. The seal on his arm would activate releasing dark markings over his entire body as he entered his curse mark level 1 state. This would not only break the illusion but give him the speed to dodge the attack of the whip as he moved around behind his opponent. He would leave a meter between himself and his opponents shadow to be safe.

( Ten no Juin: Ichi ) - Heaven's Cursed Seal: Level 1

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. This causes all of his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to use this Senjutsu chakra until the pool is gone. While in this stage, the user gains +15 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +10 to his Taijutsu.
Note: Lasts until the additional chakra pool gained is dissipated.

As he moved he drew his sword, swinging it upwards. What this would do is cause all the rain that had fallen already to shoot up to the sky like a volley of bullets. This was further empowered by the sword giving it +20 damage along with his curse mark now giving it an additional 15 damage for a total of 115.

Raiten'nō - Ame no Omo | Thunder Emperor - Lord of Rain

Description: Ame No Omo is a traditionally shaped Katana, 70 inches in length. Its only physical trait of note is its black-as-night colored blade. Despite this, however, this sword is a powerful family artifact, one which has now found its way into the hands of Azuma Uchiha, the last living member of his immediate family. Upon further use of the blade, he also discovered a few of its unique abilities.

Durability: Forged by the world's finest blacksmiths and made of steel tempered three times over in ever increasing heat, the Thunder Emperor is incredibly durable, capable of taking S-Rank damage before breaking.

Raindance: While in possession of the Katana, the user can swing it downwards it any capacity, as if gesturing for something from above. This stroke makes the area cloud up and then start to rain heavily, as if the sky had already been stormy the whole day. This ability costs a move and 15 chakra, however, it will begin to rain immediately after the user completes the phrase.

Stormking: When the sword was forged, it was made in such a way that it can be used as a superconductor for chakra used to create rain release techniques. As such, the blade is surrounded by a small hazy cloud of its own, from which thunder and the sounds of rain regularly emit. This allows the user to either call upon rain from the storm around the blade as a source or by swinging the sword to use other rain sources to cast Ameton techniques. Through using the sword as the medium in both ways, the rain techniques will be increased in power by 1 rank up to S rank and by 20 damage to S rank and above.

Gyaku Ni Ochiru: Literally meaning "falling in reverse", this ability calls upon all of the rain which has fallen upon the battlefield to be used in a single attack. The user will swing Thunder Emperor upwards, causing every raindrop that has fallen within long range of them to condense into individual, knife-like rain bullets. These bullets will then shoot upwards, shredding whatever they touch like a storm of sharp objects. This attack is equivalent to an S-Rank in terms of power, and deals 80 damage. This ability costs a move slot. This technique can only create rain knives from the rain that has fallen within a radius of 5 meters around an opponent.

Can only be used/taught by Anbu Kirito.
- Gyaku Ni Ochiru can only be used twice, and no other Ameton techniques are allowed during the same turn. It also needs to have at least one full turn in between uses, to allow enough rain to accumulate on the ground around the user.

As Gajeel began his run and reached for his sword, Logix naturally abandon his intended swing and would instead perform a single seal, creating a burst of chakra in Gajeel's palms, forcing his hand open while the sword is shot outwards. In tandem with this, tendrils of shadows would emerge from throughout Logix's body, targeting multiple spots on Gajeel's body. While some aimed to restrict his limbs, some would coil around his head and body, while some would aim to retrieve Gajeel's weapon, keeping it out of his reach. The tendrils would be used to constrict and yank on Gajeel as they slam him into the ground. Notably, some tendrils would slash at Gajeel's eyes and throat as they moved to coil around his head.

Description: With one handseal, the user is able to create a small chakra burst on the palms of the opponent, when he/she's holding something (such as a sword, or a kunai, etc). The burst will invariably make the hand open, and shoot the object outwards. If in short-range, the user can choose to make the object fall on her hand.
Mainly this is a distraction jutsu, as most opponents, Sannin and above, will have the necessary reflexes to re-catch the weapon again after it is shot a small distance (arm's range or elbow's range).
