⌘ UNIVERSAL RULES

• You can only use the bio you posted in your application or an update that dates from before the start of the tournament.

• By default, the basic battle rules will be applied.

• Each round will last at max of 5 days with a 24 hour reply limit. Opponents start 5 meters apart in the Rose Corridor, pictured above.

• During the third round, members can only use Ninjutsu ( Basic and Elemental ), Taijutsu and Genjutsu, as well as their KG/HA/AE/CC abilities . In addition to this, two Tier 4 and below Universal Ability can used. All of these abilities can be used up to A rank, yet still canon only. Any Two Specialties from the competitor's bio related to the fields they chose can be chosen for the round. They are given a Sword, 2 Kunai or Shuriken, and 2 Explosive or Flash Tags. The armor given to the competitors restrict access to abilities not listed each round, allowing more to be utilized as rounds progress as well as provides protection from the effects of the virus when worn and they cannot develop worse cases than they had.

• All competitors are restricted to Jounin Ranked Speed. Health is reduced to Jounin levels and Chakra has been reduced to 600 as Passive Boosts ( Health/Chakra Boosting, Speed/Damage related ) are all disabled and competitors are left at the same levels completely. Previously used techniques, Summonings, Creations and similar passives are disabled as well. These reductions decrease every round, noted before the round commences.

• All threads are to be posted in the Ninja World Events Section.

• All of the competitors previously eliminated are free to leave the Grounds or are capable of staying around to watch the remaining fights, able to post in the Dark Tower thread and comment on fights/interact with others in the landmark. None entrees are barred from the Tower now.

Capable of using the following in this fight: Basic Ninjutsu as well as the Five Basic Elements, Taijutsu and Genjutsu. Additionally, also able to use his Custom Clan abilities: Holy Fire [Also known as Silmarilis - Noldor Clan] as well as Intent Sensing. In addition to this, he is capable of using Fuinjutsu and Kaito's Taijutsu [NB Taijutsu]. He uses his Apex Handseal Specialist for Silmarilis [Noldor Element] and Increased Tracking Specialist - 2x Tracking Speed. He has a sword, 2 kunai and 2 flash tags. [All abilities are restricted to A-rank].

I'll be using Fūin & Med with Shuriken/Flash, and you might want to check on Intent Sensing, it is likely that you can only use the clan KG.

The next round commenced with Deadpool facing off against an equally weird looking guy, prompting a smile from under the Merc's mask. The man in spandex was allowed to begin the fight, and so he did.

Through his specialty, he would be capable of using his left hand to form hand seals, allowing him to freely wield the sword in his right. Deadpool would go through the handseals with his left as he begins his forwards movement to strike with his right. The seals serve to place Namo in an illusion wherein the terrain shifts from that of the rose corridor to that of a nightmarish looking swamp, one that was under a heavy mist presence, with Namo himself being in the swamp. The second surrounding would be similar, with the mist now growing heavier, restricting vision past a few meters range. The double surroundings was layered with another illusion, one that made Mano's perception of his surroundings heavily distorted while having him feel as if he was sinking. Naturally this illusion played off the first, with the new terrain adding to the confusion and reality of the second through it's swamp aspect.

In reality, Namo would still be in his place in the Rose Corridor while Deadpool would have moved in from their short range to attack with the sword in his right. Deadpool would stop once within striking range and attempt a basic rising diagonal slash from right to left, aiming to slash across Namo's chest. The attack would be hidden by the effects of the illusion, enabling the strike to carry more lethal aspects, but overall breaking the man out of the illusion. Deadpool would follow up the slash with yet another one, this time aimed towards Namo's neck in a left to right horizontal manner.


(Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu) Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique

Description:
The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals, putting his opponents under a double layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create false surroundings to fool his targets, much like the simpler version of the technique. However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one, he will then feel the effects of the second illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is that of a desert and the second that of a forest, upon releasing the first one, the opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him think he dispelled the illusion while in essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted at the same time. While normal releases will release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra can dispel both at the same time.
( Kasunda Genjutsu ) - Illusionary Arts: Hazy Illusion
Type: Supplementary/Offensive

Description: This is a simple and not to difficult to discern genjutsu. The user places the target in an illusion where they see the world around them heavily distorted, preventing the target from discerning his surroundings while within the illusion. The technique also gives the impression of the target sinking in quicksand and thus acts as a means to immobilize them slowly.
( Kumo-Ryū Omotegiri ) - Cloud-Style Front Beheading

As Mandos the Judge stood in the rose corridor just five meters from a strange looking individual, wearing spandex. He stood there for a moment, believing his adversary would at least greet him before they would begin, however, that was not the case. Mandos could through his clan’s ability to sense someone’s evil or ill intentions and even the dark intentions of techniques, immediately discern his adversary’s intentions. He witnesses the man in spandex, wielding his sword, move forward with the intent to strike him, yet as he approaches, the world around Mandos changes into something different, as if the entire world around him just turned into a nightmarish swamp. However, this did not sway Mandos, nor did he believe it to be real, as he could sense his adversary in front of him, aiming to strike him in the dark, while he had been placed under an illusion, as he sensed the spiritual intrusion into his mind to cloud his mind and ultimately harm him. As the man in spandex would go lash at Mandos with his sword, Mandos would suddenly appear to be made of the purest solidified holy fire, as he released a surge of chakra through his body. Immediately being released from both illusions through the surge, he would gain back his vision to see the man in spandex, as his sword would faulter or be about to strike Mandos body [currently being blinded by the light emanating from Mandos]. Mandos body would explode in a cascade of flaming glass shards, erupting out into all directions, slashing and burning his adversary. This would immediately cause burns and slashes to the man in spandex while he would be immediately blinded [blind until after your next turn]. While it would seem as an offensive technique, the true nature of it, was that Mandos would have turned himself into one the shards that erupted from his exploding body, and would have traveled past the man in spandex to revert back into his normal state just a few meters behind his adversary.

Description: This is one of the unique jutsu of the Elves created for a quick retreat or counter in dangerous situations. The user will release a surge of holy fire around their body turning their skin to what looks like a solid layer of holy fire, almost like glass made of fire. This would be extremely bright like all other holy fire jutsu and so would blind any that look at this for one turn. At any point the user can release this shell, which would burst outwards like shattering glass, where the holy fire would be the tiny fragments of glass. This burst would be A rank damage hitting short range around the user and releasing a more intense burst of light for those who weren't initially blinded. Any who see this (apart from the elves) would be blinded for one turn afterwards. The main part of this jutsu isn't the blast, the blast is a distraction, where as the user turns them self into one of the shards of holy fire that is shot off in a chosen direction. In doing this the Elves were able to blind their targets, distracting them and escape in the process. The user can only remain in the holy fire form shard for one turn then they reform in a puff of light, a small light, but enough to give away their location to any who weren't blinded. In this form, they would be weak to the natural weaknesses of holy fire.

As Mandos would have reverted into his normal state, just five meters behind his adversary who would be in pain and blinded, Mandos would continue his onslaught. By performing two quick hand seals, the surface beneath the man in spandex would almost immediately turn into a thick adhesive flammable swamp, with the spandex man at its epicenter and reaching just four meters out in diameter, it would immediately cause the blinded man to loose his footing and sink into the depths of the adhesive swamp.

Mandos would immediately after creating the swamp perform another set of hand seals before slamming his hands onto the ground, erecting a barrier that would engulf the swamp and his adversary. One that would cause his adversary to immediately be pushed deep into the swamp, while being completely immobilized. The barrier would begin to drain his adversaries chakra and return it to Mandos while creating a massive pressure on his adversary, making it incredibly difficult to break free from, as it completely immobilizes him.

( Doton: Yomi Numa ) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld [A-rank version]

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a thick, newer impossible to move in swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
Note: A rank use can extend up to mid range and will cause a target to become engulfed after one turn and suffocate after taking 60 damage per turn.
Note: S rank use can extend up to a single landmark in range and will cause a target to become engulfed and suffocate after one taking 80 damage per turn.
Note: Forbidden ranked use can only be used by Earth Specialists and Jiraiya bios. It can only.be used 3 times and is causing targets engulfed to suffocate in a single turn and can be up to 100 meters deep and wide and/or up to two landmarks.

(Tajū Mugen Hōyō ) - Multiple Infinite Embraces

Description: This technique is a stronger version of Infinite Embraces and is used basically in the same manner. The user will do the Tiger → Dog → Horse → Dragon → Boar hand seals and slam his hands on the ground, creating a bigger barrier than the original technique but similar in its essence which drains the target's chakra but also pushes down on them making it much harder to break free. The massive pressure the technique puts on the target prevents the target from moving unless it has some sort of enhanced strength ability, making it very difficult to break free from it. Unable to move, the targets are also unable to mold chakra above A-Rank while having his chakra drained. The barrier can only be broken by A-Rank techniques or above or by attacking the user.
