Pleaseeeee helllp!
Genre : Magic School
-Anime not manga
-Its better if the magic life is based on old times or at least different timeline than our's.
Hopfully its a good story with decent plot Without cheap fan service.
-Something like harry potter or LOTR .
I dont want high school of the dead/ High school DxD or rosario vampire i dont want anything hentai/Ecchi
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei
It's a magic school, but it's not set in a different time I think, I haven't watched it yet.
The Legend of Legendary Heroes
the first 7 or so episodes of the 25 episode series shows the main character at school.
It does involve the learning and training of magic, but later in the series its just portraying his adventures.
Of course, he still fights using magic though.
Toaru Majutsu no Index
Haven't watched this either, I'm fairly certain that it involves magic.
Blue Exorcist
It involves 2 spawns of Satan, only one of which actually has his power, and they're twins.
The one who has his power doesn't know till he's like 15 and eventually wants to learn to become an exorcist to kick his father's ass. (I think that's how he said it, not kill but kick his ass)
He goes to a school and apparently his other brother is already an exorcist and will be his teacher for the year.
The ''magic'' in here is exorcising.
But I find that they kind of tore down the ''exorcising'' halfway through the series, because instead of actually chanting stuff it ends up with killing demons with swords and guns.
Kaze No Stigma
The main character was born into a prestigious family of Fire users.
He had to fight against his cousin who was 4 years younger than him for the right to bear a legendary fire sword, and he loses miserably.
His father later kicks him out of the family claiming that those who do not have power do not belong in the family.
4 years later he returns, only to be a Wind affinity users and he ends up working as a ''mercenary'' most of the time for the family he (used to) belong to, charging ridiculous prices like 100 million yen for the stupidest of jobs, which they happily pay them to do.
It involves magic, there is no school but aside from the protagonist who has been kicked out of the family his little brother and cousin who are fire users still have allot to learn.
They didn't go to school for learning but they were tutored by wind user.
Guilty Crown
10 years ago in 2029 Japan was terrorized by an event known as ''Lost Christmas'', it spread a disease which would make peoples bodies start to crystalize, making them weaker and eventually when their entire bodies are crystalized they die.
Now, in 2039 a high school student gets caught up between a terrorist group and the military.
He ends up gaining some strange power from the terrorists that allows him to ''grab'' people's hearts and manifest some type of weapon from it, those weapons are known as ''Voids''.
The power wasn't meant to be his because only 3 types of these special supernatural power giving injections have ever been made.
He later ends up being recruited by the terrorist group because he has that power.
It doesn't involve some kind of magic school, actually it's quite the opposite because this anime is mecha.
But the main character learns new things about these ''Voids'' all the time, like the things that are handy about them, how to use them and of course.... the bad sides.
I kind of ran out of ''magic school'' ideas so I thought that just someone learning how to use a supernatural power would be good enough.
