The only free game I have is YGOPRO lol.

Has every Yugioh card and you can make as many decks as you like and play against other people online.

I can duel at the 7th grade level, is that enough?

You can play against NPCs if you wanna train yourself.

I quit Yugioh a long time ago, and then found YGOPRO and got sucked back into it.

Although I haven't played recently because they nerfed my two favorite decks with the new ban list.
