first i would focus my chakra to my feet and begin running up the side of a cliff (Assuming there is one). as i run i preform the hand seal sequence. I'm guessing i would then flow my lightning chakra into the cliff through my feet loosening the stones around causing it to fall behind me.

I would preform the hand seals Ram β Boar β Dog β Bird β Hare and send my chakra through the ground making the four pillars around the target. then i would send my Lightning chakra through the pillars shocking the target paralyzing them and binding them.
(Raiton: Kirin) - Lightning Release: Kirin
I would first preform a powerful fire style jutsu into the sky (I dono if it has to be a certain rank). next i would preform a Chidori and use it to control the lightning in the thunder cloud from the fire style jutsu and make it crash down onto the opponent.

I would preform the hand seals and send my chakra outside my body creating a blinding light.
First one is correct
Second is correct
Third is correct however Kirin needs to be elaborated on a little. Kirin is a technique that requires two turns to effectively use. The first turn requieres you to get the appropriate weather conditions. You must use the Great Dragon Fireball technique which is a B-ranked fire technique. It's long ranged and causes the appropriate conditions. In your second turn, you use Chidori and then Kirin. That's a total of three techniques in the course of two turns. You need to be careful though, once the weather is set appropriate, you're opponent can use that to his advantage and use Kirin himself directly after you ionize the weather. It's a sleezy move imo, however it's using the field to your advantage. Likewise, you can use the technique yourself if your opponent tries to do the same thing and set up.
Fourth one is correct as well, remember, this is an S-rank technique that releases chakra from all over the body. It's effective for releasing A-ranked and below genjutsu techniques. I would get into that more with you but that would take us into completely different tangent and into the realm of genjutsu which I'm not authorized to teach you with my current status :ghehe:

Now Calamity is a basic technique. You're going to first create a pool of water or utilize existing water that is underneath your opponent and then electrocute it. Nothing really fancy or complex about it. This technique would be a greate use for when you're opponent is standing on a water source already as opposed to creating a source of water yourself.
Lightning Shadow Clone technique is essentially the use of lightning chakra to the same degree as raw chakra to create a solid clone. Essentially you use the clone techniqiue and add the lightning chakra to make it into a real solid clone capable moving and physically contact, of using taijutsu (freeform only) etc. The lightning chakra acts as it's core and only source of chakra therefore it can only use lightning based techniques.
Last technique is the same as four pillar bind, only this time it's 16 pillars and in the shape of an oven that surrounds your opponent.
