If I were to flip sides though, what rank would I get? The zanpaktou I wanna make(as we both know, I never really had a zanpaktou xd) is better suited for an arrancar. If I stay though can I get a promotion? IMO my skills have drastically increased since my captaincy promotion, general rp wise I mean.

0_0 dude theres only one or two ranks higher than squad captain, squad zero and captain commander. and so far the only two remaining CC ranks are me and roku. plus ranks is something we will discuss once we start to implement

As far as I'm concerned, after becoming a captain, none of your skills really increased by much considering all you did was set up your squads, trained some people, and then the bleach RP died.
You have a long way to go before Zero Division rank. Take it from Kaze...your skill and time as Captain needs to be significantly great. Even Emperor isn't zero division rank (I may be wrong, but I don't recall promoting him) O_O

Well, I meant RP skill, not actual bleach rp. As that's been dead for ages O_O there wasn't much I could really do. O_O

Technically, it's a group of former Captains that protect the Spirit King, but for RP purposes, it's merely a rank O_O
