-forget about hiding tobi's reall identity as a reason..becuz i know kishi had to hide Tobi's MS in order to reveal us only the simplex reveal (bobito).....(btw teh complex reveal is Tobidara= wich is not revealed yet)
Reasons why The masked Tobi was able to use Kamui with one simple sharingan :
1-becuz he had hashirama's cells :
2-becuz the Kamui user was tobidara...and tobidara is Madara...and Madara is the badassest skillfullest Ninja that the world of shinobi ever produced...but what does this suppose to mean????????
-this means that YOU GIVE MADARA A SIMPLE ONE SHARINGAN ,HE CAN DO GREAT SKILLS WITH IT....why?? BECUZ HE IS MADARA!!!!!!!!
if Madara was able to awake susano without his eyes...THEN YES!! HE CAN USE MS SKILLS WITH JUST ONE ORDINARY SHARINGAN!!!!!!
3-one last reason why Tobi could use MS thechniques(kamui) with just one ordinary sharingan is :
there is no confirmed evidence that MS user can not use MS thechniques with just an ordinary sharingan...
-thus it is not a plothole that an MS user can use some MS thechniques becuz he'd already awakened MS...
4-another Evidence that Kamui dont require MS but instead just an ordinary S :
read what Madara tells Obito plz :
see?? obito survived by sleeping through the boulder with just one simple sharingan .
btw this is a huge plothole...how can obito get curshed by the boulder and slip thorugh it at the same time ....im mindfaaacked
....i mean comon Kihsimoto obito either get crushed by teh boulder and die...or slip through it and survive
