Didn't say it did. Kurama provides an extra power boost that has nothing to do with an Uzamaki's development. It was made clear that with only Senju/Uzamaki and Uchiha powers, that Sasuke was superior to Naruto with Naruto needing Kurama to keep up.

EMS=Kurama in terms of stolen/borrowed power without which in the end of day MS Sasuke will be blind fodder compared with SM Naruto.

Rikudou Senjutsu also isn't a Senju/Uzamaki Power, so taking that away merely puts BM/BSM Naruto = EMS Sasuke with Naruto w/o Kurama being vastly inferior to BM Naruto obviously.

It was actually made clear that at the start of their battle that Naruto needed Kurama's Power to keep up with Sasuke before both even unleashed their Chakra Constructs.

That's not true. Uchihas are emphasized to have unparalleled chakra. If there was more trust among the Uchihas, then an Uchiha becoming a Jinchuuriki wouldn't have been an impossibility.

Perfect Susano'o and the EMS is a power of the Uchihas as it's created solely using an Uchiha's Chakra. Kurama isn't equivalent to that because it's a large source of Chakra entirely different from what a Senju and Uzamaki can naturally produce.

Thats true. Only Uzumaki have special chakra/body to be jinchuuriki . Uchiha just can control TB via Sharingan.
