reason why Sharingan don't > Rinnegan

** warning, i might seem a bit determined about this, but it's only because im like 75% sure... **

so... ealier today i saw a thread about Sharingan being superior to Rinnegan... now how can this be?

these are the availible abilities you have if you achieve the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan

Kagutsuchi
Fire Release: Blast Wave Wild Dance
Kamui
Kotoamatsukami
Shattered Heaven
Shield of Black Flames
Susanoo
Tsukuyomi

but if you develop it further... into Rinnegan... this will be your availible abilities

sure he couldn't... but there's a reason for that... he did not achieve the Rinnegan himself.
he got it through implant... right? of course he wouldn't be able to deactivate and go into MS MODE...

but you're still thinkin: Nu-uh... Obito can't deactivate his Rinnegan that's the reason why he only implanted the left eye and not both...

here's the thing; Madara is the only character that went through the whole cycle

1. Normal Eyes
2. 1-2-3 Tomoe Sharingan
3. Mangekyou Sharingan
4. Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan
5. Rinnegan

now Madara has shown to be able to switch into Rinnegan mode or Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan mode with just a wink, and why do you guys think that is? yes, it is because he is the only one yet in the mange who went through the whole cycle and truly gained the Rinnegan himself. even though i'd say using SENJU DNA is also cheating... this is what it seems to be...

so when you make these kinds of threads... please call them

Sasuke EMS > Nagato Not-Complete-Rinnegan

or something like that lol...

i mean if Sasuke was to unlock Rinnegan now, all by himself **no implant** that would be a power up... and a far better dojutsu than his EMS

why is this?

1. Sasuke would still have all his EMS abilities left such as Susanoo, Amaterasu, Tsukyomi and what not PLUS these additional 6 paths... he would be able to use all of it...

2. why do you think sasuke used normal Mangekyou Sharingan when he talked to Tobirama? he doesn't need to have EMS activated... and if the case was that Sasuke had Rinnegan, he wouldn't need to have the Rinnegan Activated at all time...

3. do i even have to say something else? he'd just be too overpowered... like madara?!

now i know that some of you are going to find this hard to believe, but im pretty sure this is how it is...

the only small "hole" i can find in this is that it's pretty weird how Kakashi can go into 3 tomoe and MS... sure it takes a lot of his power... but still i think it's just because KAKASHI was the one who developed the sharingan into MS in the first place, Obito was just watching!

**OR BECAUSE RINNEGAN IS A COMPLETE DIFFEREND DOJUTSU**

however, all i'd like to say is; a true rinnegan user **cough, madara** obtains a far superior Dojutsu than a MS/EMS only user.

like i said; don't compare Nagato & Obito to Madara's Rinnegan, they arent equal because Nagato & Obito Implanted their eyes.


Also; if itachi was to achieve the rinnegan the same way Madara did, itachi would be insane... combine his MS skills with the 6 paths... imagine how hard it would be to even get close/touch him! haha.

Yeah it would be cool. But he should not steal hashi's dna for it like Madara(love him though) because then it would be plain uncool. I want to see a pure power pack uchiha not some hybrid.

People that say the sharingan>Rinnegan are obviously fanboys. I mean the rinnegan is called the ultimate dojutsu and it's the eyes of a god.

Of course, but you can't use Susano'o while you have the Rinnegan eye. But still even without the EMS powers included, the Rinnegan is WAY more OP. Reason is this : to achieve it you must be a Senju and a Uchiha in one body.

Completely agree, sharingan only has the potential to be stronger than a transplanted rinnegan. If you compare an awakened rinnegan user to an awakened sharingan user, its obvious the rinnegan user wins because he has MS and rinnegan abilities..

However most sharingan < transplanted rinnegan, the only two exceptions being KA and kamui
