You're basically refusing to believe that a manga proven fact is true. That's fanboying to a degree. Naruto in the manga has been fast enough to score a few blows on Obito before he can Kamui out. That's all the proof needed for us to know that Naruto is fast enough to hit him, and if he could hit Obito with a Rasenshuriken, he could kill him.

PNJ wasn't involved in Minato beating Obito. The fact you turned to PNJ pretty much shows that nothing you believe on the matter is backed up by the manga.
-Minato shitted on Obito because he could counter Kamui, not because of plot. Simple as that.
-They clones into Kamuiland because they tricked Obito, not because of plot. Simple as that.
-Obito can't counter Flower World because its not in his arsenal, not because of plot. Simple as that.

Minato countered a 14 year old obito who was entirely inexperienced with kamui and wasn't aware of Flying rajin Version 2.
Current Ms obito evolved exponentially countering BM naruto, Ay and Gated gai with no difficulty.
Minato vs MS obito is debatable mainly because kamui and FTG.
Naruto already got destroyed by kamui. Naruto's Clone went into kamui world only because of Kakashi and the fact that it was 4vs1.
Hashirama and madara don't have counters for kamui unless you create hypothetical situation.
No counter means you get one paneled.
Kamui is overpowered, reason why kishi split it.
