Kage Bushin isn't meant to be used like Naruto uses it, Kakashi said it is hard to use because of the chakra useage. Naruto turned it into his own jutsu basiclly.

The reason why Uchihas can't use Kagebushi is because of their low chakra . That is, above 10 or 20 clones.

It's not banned. It just divides your chakra equally among each clone so it's not practical in combat for ninja who don't have an insane amount of it like Naruto.

Please give Kishi more credit as a writer.

The kage bunshins naruto learned were from the forbidden scroll of first hokage and are on different level altogether

Even if Sasuke had it would not matter and Madara did use mokton bunshins during his fight against the Kages

They can use it. It's just that they can't use it efficiently because of low chakra reserves. If they use it, then doing one of their jutsus may deplete them very fast.

The only reason naruto can use shadow clones on a mass produced level is his high chakra reserves..ull notice in sage mode he can have 2 prepared and use in battle so id say 4 while he is in sage mode..why limits on natural energy than when he uses KCM He can use a bunch as long as the 9 tails doesn't try to tug of war his chakra.
