Reason why Itachi/Sakura/Sasuke/Orochimaru aren't Hokage level

The reason will be explained, though I already know it will trigger a war against me, but here are the reasons, for this please try to look at it from outside the box:


- Itachi - His stamina is to low to get him in the Hokage level category, Tsunade might have less techniques and same for Minato.. but they have the prowess backed up by their stamina. Itachi does not. He is merely Kakashi with MS techniques (high jounin level)


- Sakura - she hasn't been put at that level, also not to forget that she doesn't have the experience fully yet, and nor has she been compared to that spot, (high jounin level)

- Sasuke - People are talking about his EMS... so what? Has been compared to a Hokage? Has been praised in his prowess like Naruto has? no (High Jounin level). Not to forget he hasn't shown the prowess yet to that of the other Hokage

-NVM forgot Orochimaru has the First Hokage's cells. ^_^


Now people will start to put in arguments of Naruto/Madara/Jiraiya.....

Madara was already considered Hokage level by Hashirama

Jiraiya was going to be made Hokage until he refused

Naruto Uzumaki already declared by the people of the village that Naruto should be the next Hokage.

I like your points but orochimaru is a sannin even before he had his cells he was hokage level. Sasuke's reasonings and change of heart will get in the way of him becoming hokage. Sakura doesn't yet have what it takes to become hokage she needs more power. The third said from an early age itachi had the same wisdom as a hokage so I don't see why he can't

Sasuke and Itachi are Kage level. Itachi may have bad stamina but, he knows how to get around it. He is smart with his chakra reserves and is battle smart too. We haven't seen much of Sasuke with EMS but, he was able to take down Danzo and Deidara.

Sakura I can understand not being Hokage level but you are telling me Sasuke,Itachi,and Orochimaru are not hokage level?There's so much wrong with that statement I'm going to say a few things for counter-argument:

Sasuke:This guy has fought actual kages and lived,he is pretty much above kage level and can hang with the best of them.Sasuke has EMS, chidori variants,his own S-rank lightning jutsu Kirin and has a slew of powerful fire jutsu.

Orochimaru:I don't have to explain why he is hokage level considering people actually wanted him to be hokage but Orochimaru was too power hungry so Minato was picked instead.Orochimaru has decades of jutsu he has yet to show and he has very powerful snake summons.Not to mention he has Edo Tensei so he is a very big threat.

Itachi: Call him overrated if you want but Itachi has the skill to take on very powerful ninja and was thinking like a hokage at age 8.He mastered the Sharingan at a very young age and is a master at genjutsu,even in his deathbed he pushed Sasuke to his limit and had Obito cautious of him.
