Reason Sasuke doesn't have Shinra Tensei

For Shinra Tensei, you need Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, Yin, and Yang natures.

Sasuke has Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, and Yin.

Obito has Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, and Yang.

Obito didn't use Rinnegan to anything after he lost his six Jinchuurikins
Obito only used Rinnegan to control his jinchuurikins.


Why Obito lost easily in a Taijutsu battle against Kakashi when he has a rinnegan?

Obito can easily win against Kakashi using Rinnegan.
Deva Path alone kills Kakashi in Konoha invasion.
