I believe sasuke can beat nagato rather easily. I will get flamed for this but please read the post before jumping to conclusions

The reason itachi was able to land a hit on Nagato with susanoo was he got his back and nagato didn't have the help of his summons shared vision.
because of sasuke's ability to spam enton and enton projectiles it is safe to assume he would make short work of nagato's summons.
the next phase of battle is getting nagato's back. this shouldn't be a problem thanks to genjutsu. sasuke's genjutsu may be ineffective compared to itachi's but it is still pretty potent. it was enough to catch the likes of deidara off guard(who had been training to fight itachi's genjutsu)
sasuke would be able to out maneuver and get Nagato's back through genjutsu like this

In the OP you forgot to add that it was a 1 vs 3 and Itachi was only able to blind the summoning because Kabuto attention was on Naruto and Bee. Nagato's attention is on Sasuke so it's not like he would just make his summonings stand there, he already shown to be able to sense when Amaterasu was going to be used so what would change with Enton spam? Nagato can use Deva path to push all the enton spam right back at Sasuke and it burns chakra too so it will burn Susanoo as well if hit so Sasuke would have to put it out or he can leave it on but since it takes Sasuke's chakra to stay up, Sasuke would be burning away chakra.
We have no idea if Genjutsu would work on Nagato, if it would then why didn't Itachi, who is better at genjutsus not use any on Nagato? He must have know it wouldn't work on the Rinnegen which is the creation of all jutsus. Only genjutsu shown to be used on Nagato was sound based genjutsu since the Rinnegan is useless against it. Even Itachi and Sasuke cant break a sound genjutsu 1 on 1, it took them both using genjutsu on each other to break out so take out genjutsu until we know more on that front.
You also have to note that because Kabuto was controlling Nagato, he wasn't fighting or moving as he wanted. Also you have to note that Nagato did not want to fight against Naruto, Bee and Itachi since he was on their side so even if he could have dodge or evade something why would he? He was warning them of his movements before so you can really use a fight where Nagato had no control and didn't want to fight. You would have to use the 6POP because that's what he would use while Sasuke wouldn't know where Nagato is.

When Naruto first gave Kakashi chakra it made his Kamui at least 3x stronger, when Naruto gave chakra to the alliance, Kakashi said it was even stronger so it's like 4x-6x stonger and when Naruto combined Yin-Yang Kurama chakra it became even stronger so that's like 7x-10x the power. Sasuke has 7x-10x the power he normally do plus the powerup Juugo gave. It took Naruto, Itachi and Bee to destroy CT. BM shown power to destroy it but Sasuke on his own power hasn't.
while preta counters sasuke arsenal it doesn't counter genjutsu. it wouldn't be able to save animal path from instant death. shinra tensei wouldn't protect nagato because he wouldn't know the attack is coming. I really don't see how nagato wins
You have no proof visual genjutsu work on Nagato though, Itachi didn't use any on him for a reason. Why use on Bee but not on Nagato? Sasuke only uses Visual genjutsus as far as we know. Again, why wouldn't Nagato who has a stronger vision than Sasuke not see an attack coming? Nagato was fighting 3 people, Nagato didn't want to fight them and Kabuto was controlling him. You can't use that and say Nagato wouldn't see and be able to counter Sasuke attacks when it's 1 on 1. Even when Itachi used amaterasu, Kabuto didn't know Itachi broke his control until he used Amaterasu on the summonings so it's not like he couldn't make them evade it, it's that he thought Itachi was using it on Naruto and Bee.
Wrong, Yang Kurama (which s 50%) in 8 tails mode is way stronger than Susanoo. You're not looking at Kurama's power right, Look at it this way, BM is the full power Kurama has and he was able to match a tbb which was the combined power of Bijuus 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7. So half of Kurama's power is still way stronger than the full powers of other Bijuus. Madara said PS is on Bijuu level, he didn't say a specific one so it's power average amongst the 9 Bijuus which would place it's powers around 5 tail Bijuu. If 9 tails Kurama power is equal to 5 Bijuus then 8 tail Kurama should be equal to 4 Bijuus. Susanoo is not suppose to be even to Kurama power wise, Kurama and all the Bijuus are the strongest chakras and Susanoo is a tool that Sasuk can use to fight on their level but not equal to their power.

Itachi didn't even try using genjutsus, most likely they wouldn't be effective against the Rinnegan so unless you can show a visual genjutsu workin on a master of the Rinnegans don't se genjutsus. If Sasuke is in Susanoo, pull him out of it and hit him with missiles and a laser. Body Chidori can be absorbed.
Jiraiya said Nagato mastered the six elements, pretty sure Yin-Yang is the sixth and if not then what? Frog song is a sound base genjutsu which Sasuke and Itachi were both unable to break out when Kabuto used one until they used genjutsus on each other so on 1 on 1 match they would have lost.
