Reanimation Jutsu.

So after Kabuto released this jutsu,Madara undo it,so basically if Tobirama made this jutsu will he undo it too? Is that possible to happen?

He didn't necessarily undo it, rather undid the seal of edo tensei. He was still dead until he forced Obito to rinne tensei. Tobirama showed that he was unable to undo the seal as Orochimaru was able to incapacitate him. Besides, the edo's are all that's left to help the current gang beat Kaguya.

Shows that it's not enough to simply know the seals to break out of Edo Tensei.

The only reason Madara was able to break out of ET was because there was no one there to restrain him; Kabuto was stuck in Izanami. If Tobirama tried to do it, Orochimaru would have stopped him and would have erased his personality. Now, he can break out of ET but there's really no point since Orochimaru's on the Hokage's side.
