That's incorrect. Itachi's removed Oro's presence, not the contract.

That is from after his fight with Deidara. As you can clearly see, the snake contract is not there. It could be possible that, that particular contract on his arm was to summon Manda and since he died from the blast, the contract vanished.
That doesn't mean he can not summon snakes.

It appears that specific contract he gained from oro and after manda died it vanished.
However though i am inclined to believe that, that particular tattoo is for manda, no scans are available showing when sasuke signed a contract with the snakes, obviously you can show me a scan. Likewise he has never showed the ability to use any other snake based ninjutsu which involves summonings the average snake like after he was stripped off orochimaru's summoning, instead he gained a hawk.
Why he has never showed the ability to summon the average snake or use techniques which involves summoning snakes in so many chapters makes me wonder, until now.

Orochimari's kawarimi technique are all techniques that sasuke's gained after absorbing orochimaru.
While i have noted that, yes that particular contract was specific to manda, all the other snake abilities were taken from him when by itachi, because he got those from absorbing oro and that is why after all these while he has never shown them, until now.
Upload me a scan where sasuke signed a contract and ill show you Db entry backing sasuke absorbing oro that allowed him to use these techniques.
Sasuke simply hasn't shown any snake based abilities in over 100 chapters after fighting itachi, but also he got these from orochimaru. So unless he recently signed a contract off panel with orochimaru, he really shouldn't have any snake based abilities
