Read the chapter after Sasuke summoned Manda.
Manda was angry that Sasuke had the nerve to summon him. Sasuke could do it with or without Orochimaru.
And if it's clear he signed his own contract, why are complaining about its validity?

No, i was assuming accurately according to what took place. Sasuke reversed Orochimaru's ritual granting him his body and jutsu, just as Orochimaru is capable of using his host abilities as if they were his own. So since we never seen Sasuke sign contract and since Sasuke was never really team snake in the first place, i assumed what made the most sense.

But this is trolling by kishi. He is trying to force through parallels with the sannins, whilst going against his certain things he has established prior to this chapter. But nothing surprises me, this is not the first time and will not be the last.
Sasuke summoning snakes goes against the manga and what it is supposed to symbolize
Sasuke losing his ties with the snakes and becoming a hawk meant something. Heck even in the latest chapters, with kabuto it reinforces sasuke new ties, he isn't a snake 'anymore'.
Sasuke being able to summon snakes now is trolling.
The cm2 doesn't grant the user snake like abilities. Its after sasuke absorbed oro did he gain his many snake like abilities and the contract. Itachi got rid of everything that orochimaru had on sasuke. So he got rid of the cm2 and all the snake based abilities that sasuke had including the summoning contract, so unless it is off panel just recently did sasuke ask oro to sign a contract this doesn't make sense. Not that sasuke asking oro to sign a contract does in the first place.
I am not sure what is more trolling tbh.
Sasuke being able to summon snakes without a contract or sasuke pulling a hawk summoning out of his rectum against danzo, something that hasn't been explained

Exactly my point, Sasuke now represents team snake, after bluntly expressing his dislike for them in the cave against Kabuto. Kish is forcing too much and isn't thinking our his prior references. This is slowly ending poorly.
Why is Minato is KM?

Sasuke never was shown or hinted that he had snake contract. It contradicts his attitude and behavior
It doesn't contradict anything. The only person we have seen receive their summon was Naruto.
It was shown that he had a snake contract when he summoned Manda. I mean seriously, it was right there.
And complaining that he used snakes because he severed ties with Oro, He severed ties with Kakashi, yet he still uses Chidori...

You think that is bad, i can now roughly 4 other things that make non sense in the past 5 chapters. I just name the one's that are major and leave out the least significant ones'.
1. Naruto claiming he can sense the past hokage's.
That is nosense, km only allows grants the ability to sense bad emotions. That is a lesser form of sensing than if naruto was in sm. Now you can make the argument for saying tobirama showing his rape face to sasuke, allowed naruto to be able to sense him. Likewise you can say, hashirama rousing his chakra so much that he made everybody shit their pants, allowed naruto to sense him. So the two brother's showed some bad emotions, which allowed naruto to sense them. Minato and Hiruzen, along with sasuke and team hawk, km naruto shouldn't be able to sense them.
2. Minato used a barrier agains't kurama's tbb and if you notice it took him some time before absorbing it all, but also he clearly saw the markings of the barrier. Agains't the jubi, no markings appeared but also he absorbed it instantly. How it takes you a couple of seconds to warp kurama's tbb, yet instantly warp something easy 40 times bigger makes no sense.
3. Sasuke now wanting to become hokage. Lets just say, that is trolling.
I always said sasuke changed his mind too quickly. He went from one extreme, wanting to destroy the village, to wanting to die for the village as that is what it means to be hokage. Now if sasuke has changed it would be more understandable if he was more or less like part 1 sasuke. Still cold and could care less about hokage, but is still a konoha shinobi.
What i worse is that kishi is trying to force a fight between naruto and sasuke now. Before we all knew that naruto and sasuke were going to fight as enemies. But since sasuke has now become 'good', kishi has to find a way for them to still fight. So what does he do?, let them fight for hokage title, but this a pointless fight.
The hokage title seems to go through 3 stages becoming you can become hokage.
The first stage is that the current hokage and the elders must elect a candidate. We saw tobirama elect hiruzen/ Hiruzen elected oro, but since oro turned bad, he elected minato. When hiruzen died, the elders took over that job and gave it to jiraiya, who turned it down and the last option was tsunade.
Basically that is the first stage of becoming hokage.
The next stage is that the whol village especially the jonin must be acknowledge the candidate. We saw this between danzo and shikamaru's dad who claimed danzo wasn't the choice. Likewise danzo knew that going after naruto who recently become a hero for defeating pein would not help his chances as hokage. Finally orochimaru claimed that the villages wanted him more than minato.
That is the second stage.
The final stage is feudal lord who decides.
So basically those are the 3 stages.
But you see, even if sasuke was to beat naruto at their final showdown he still will not become hokage.
The first stage has to be decided by the hokage and the elders. Who do you think Tsunade and the elders will chose. Naruto or sasuke?.
Second stage is the villagers. After what naruto has done especially against pein and in the war arc, you think they will choose him over sasuke.
Finally the feudal lord, who decides this. A person who has done so much for the village or somebody who wanted to destroy it.
Basically even if sasuke wins the fight, his chances of becoming hokage is nil. If he does become hokage it shits not only on logic but also naruto's ambition which was to become hokage, he said this in the very first chapter. Not to forget, the fight for hokage was supposed to be between naruto and konohamaru, lol.
4. Sakura's latest power up is a bit of a troll move but also her reserves makes me question how she is able to summon such an animal, though you can say its only when she is in her yin seal mode can she do this. But when did she gain a contract
5. Naruto summoning that frog makes sense as he has a contract, but what doesnt make sense is that. During the 3 year time skip and infact during the pein arc that frog (Forgot his name) though it has grown, hasn't grown that big. So how it grown to such a size, when it didn't grow that big during the 3 year skip, makes me wonder.

ABSORBING Orochimaru doesn't give him a BLOOD contract. He made the contract before he absorbed Oro. That much is obvious. The only things he got from absorbing Oro was he ability to use snakes more proficiently and his healing ability increased drastically.
It's a BLOOD contract. It needs YOUR BLODD to make the contract.
And I used the Kakashi example to further highlight your stupidity. You're saying he shouldn't be able to use snakes because he doesn't have Oro with him and he severed ties with Oro and the name 'Hebi'. That's stupid.
He severed ties with Konoha and Kakashi yet he still uses Chidori.
Severing ties with someone does not mean he won't use the techniques he has learnt.
He did not cancel his blood contract with snakes. How anyone can not see that is beyond me...

I've come to the conclusion tht there will be no final fight between Naruto and Sasuke. This fight against Madara will be the last, thus "proving" Sasuke's turn against evil and the betterment of the village.
While others may initially go against Sasuke, Naruto will us plot no jutsu in convincing them that Sasuke belongs and how hate isn't the answer, using the war and Madara as anexample. Naruto will cinvince them that they ther both deserve the title or will allow Sasuke to have it, especially after the Itachi flash in the last chapter

That is from after his fight with Deidara. As you can clearly see, the snake contract is not there. It could be possible that, that particular contract on his arm was to summon Manda and since he died from the blast, the contract vanished.
That doesn't mean he can not summon snakes.

Meh who know's, i am just rushing with my explanations because i am not willing to make any detailed post. It appears that out of all the known trolls that nb/nf has, kishi turned to be worst one.
He is so contradictory in everything he says/implies it makes me wonder.
I am just reading because i have come too far to stop now. Only thing that keeps me insane is that i haven't put a penny into this trolls pocket =D
