when working out. you must go all out until you feel pain. you must try to surpass what you did previously

work on stamina by running on tredmill or playing basketball

to get more cuts in your muscles lift lighter weights more times

to get more power lift bigger weights. as many as you can

but dont strain your self.

if you dont have access to a gym. then do pushups at home to maintain power in arms and shoulders and chest

to become stronger you must build self motivation

for example look at rock lee how he loves to train

when i hit the gym i always think of rock lee and i get insane motivation.

you must not train every muscle in one day

when you lift weights you break the tissue inside your muscles so they need a day or two of healing because there actually re building themselves
depending on how much your body can take will define that in all.

but people who are just starting to train ~beware of over training because you can tear a muscle, its no joke of pain. know your limits

i exp. overwhelming exhaustion today because i worked to many muscles at once. i almost passed out leaving the gym. luckily i know how to balance the power within.

training is not just the body. its also the mind and spirit.

i shall continue my training 3 to 4 days a week. i wish i could do seven days but my body wouldnt feel right. i would always be exhausted

list more tips that myself and other people can use to obtain new heights of strength

and someone list different fighting styles and how to do them if you can.

anything about fighting training list it here. im interested what the base knows about real training

its true, that people size you up when you go to the gym. But dont let that deter you from going if you are self concious. I'm in decent shape, but im not "bulky" like the guys in there. Most people are extremely helpful and will give you a hand if you ask them. Its true that they can motivate you, but they didnt really motive me. Some people were too bulky. What the point of being able to lift 500 pounds if you can even wipe your own butt? I joke, but some guys there are rediculous.

Just do what you feel comfortable with, but like it as said earlier, if you dont feel a burn, then you arent working hard enough. try and push yourself farther each time. if you find yourself stagnating, try changing your sets up.

circuit training is also a good way to work out. circuit training is when there is a group of machines/stations that are lined up in a series which you rotate your workout through. after doing a set on one machine/station you move on to the next which will work a different part of your body out. you do the full rotation of stations (or that curcuit) somewhere around 3 times.

Make sure to drink water while you are working out (but not too much). The water will help your muscles last longer when they start producing lactic acid during your workout (which is the "burn" you feel). water also help reduce the amount of "soreness" you feel the next day.

I normally push myself pretty hard when I work out. After one especially hard workout, I was walking to the bathroom through a room filled with people and I started to black out (I'm guessing the blood from my head was rushing to the rest of my body). I tried to maintain composure and keep walking even though I could barely see, assured that it would pass. It didnt and I had to stop, take a knee, and lower my head until it passed. I was there for something like 60 seconds which is a long time for people to be staring at you. Dont push it as hard as I did that day. you want to make sure you pace yourself propperly, but dont screw around and take a large number of breaks because thats counter productive. you want a nice smooth flow of constant work

scary yamato has spoken:overjoy:

lol i wouldnt wanna be all bulky like that. i have exceptional strength right now, but i have good stamina to which i can train for long periods before being tired.

i didnt know that drinking water helps the soreness go away, ill def. try thatl.

now that you mention circuit training, i do that regularly when i work out, i always look at the machine to see what muscles it works and go pass what i did previously, as soon as i hit the gym i go into a state of mind sort of like rock lee, and push real hard till it hurts.

like you said, over training can be dangerous, you start feeling light headed barley maintaining your breath, just like you i had to stop close my eyes for like a minute or two, and breath slowly,

but i appreciate what you had to tell me xd, thanks for the tips bro

2

Stretch the sore area gently to rid your body of lactic acid, which contributes to the pain.
3

Walk 15 to 30 minutes at least once a day to increase circulation throughout your body. This will also help deliver much-needed oxygen to the sore muscles.
4

Drink a minimum of eight glasses (64 oz.) of water daily - more if you're active - to hydrate your body.

i knew these ~

Apply an ice pack for 20 minutes to any area that hurts. Repeat this every hour until the pain subsides. Keep multiple ice packs ready so you do not have to wait for them to re-freeze.

Avoid strenuous activity as long as you're in pain.
