when working out. you must go all out until you feel pain. you must try to surpass what you did previously
work on stamina by running on tredmill or playing basketball
to get more cuts in your muscles lift lighter weights more times
to get more power lift bigger weights. as many as you can
but dont strain your self.
if you dont have access to a gym. then do pushups at home to maintain power in arms and shoulders and chest
to become stronger you must build self motivation
for example look at rock lee how he loves to train
when i hit the gym i always think of rock lee and i get insane motivation.
you must not train every muscle in one day
when you lift weights you break the tissue inside your muscles so they need a day or two of healing because there actually re building themselves
depending on how much your body can take will define that in all.
but people who are just starting to train ~beware of over training because you can tear a muscle, its no joke of pain. know your limits
i exp. overwhelming exhaustion today because i worked to many muscles at once. i almost passed out leaving the gym. luckily i know how to balance the power within.
training is not just the body. its also the mind and spirit.
i shall continue my training 3 to 4 days a week. i wish i could do seven days but my body wouldnt feel right. i would always be exhausted
