I would say Minato. I believe Tobi's skill set were strong enough to have had him surpass Madara and defeat him. Tobi's jutsu was strong enough to defeat Madara (stating opinion) as he too took control of the Kyuubi as the origional Madara had. Minato having taken control away from Tobi and defeating him shows prowess enough to defeat Madara.
I see this case like this: Tobi=new Madara, Minato=new Hashirama. I see minato as being able to defeat the real Madara, however lets see what Madara has to offer before we (or at least I myself) make any conclusion.

Minato probably cud becuz I doubt Madara has s/t. SO Minato wud be too fast, and Kishi even said that Minato is more powerful than Madara.
From Shisui's KA, it can be established that Hashirama cells strengthen Mangekyo Sharingan techs(10 years turned to less than 24 hours), Minato beat a man with a higher level Mangekyo Sharingan than Madara so...well, I dont know.
We haven't seen anything from the real Madara, so it's impossible to know. Why can't people wait until next week when we'll most likely see Madara in action to make these threads? We know absolutely nothing of his abilities.
I'm sorry, but if anyone thinks Minato has a viable chance against Madara, they're beyond bias, that's purely ridiculous, it's pure fanaticism.

Kushina asked Minato WHY he was using the SHIKI FUJIN when HE KNEW many other SEALS that could SAFELY seal the kyubi.
MInato said that he wanted to GIVE HIS SON A BETTER CHANCE AT CONTROLLING THE KYUBI, which was ehy he sealed HALF of the kyubi inside of himself, he sealed the Ying chakra into himself and left the YANG into naruto so that naruto could become a perfect jinchuuriki one day since the kyubi WAS TOO STRONG. That was the ONLY reason Minato died, Because he used the Shiki Fuin to WEAKEN the kyubi enough for his son to have a chance at becoming a perfect jinchuuriki, the kyubi inside naruto is A SHADOW of its former self, it even shrank to half of its size after Minato used the reaper seal, don't make such ignorant and foolosh statements like saying ' oh minato lost to the kyubi' because that is pure nonsense, Minato could have lived AND sealed the kyubi if he wanted, Kushina, a seal master of the same calibre confirmed it herself and Minato didn't refute the claim, but rather explained his actions, GET UYOUR FACTS STRAIGHT.
