to me their abilities are equal,sasuke has amaterasu nd onoki has dust release but you have to charge dust release for sum secs\
Sasuke- Ems= not blind,amaterasu sword/arrow,bow/shield,all his jutsu,hawk summoning (can fly with onoki) Etc.
Onoki- has all his jutsu shown so far,turn you into heavy rock (used against muu)
Location: In the sky,under neath them is large forest
Distance: 30 ft
Both can fly,sasuke has hawk
