Distance:30 ft
Knowledge:ma and pa tells him about dust release,onoki knows he has surpassed raikage in speed xd
I think that one kyuubi rasengan decides the match xd

it isn't a fcking sealing technique he only unlocked the damn seal that doesn't means he can do seals because he can't!! well he can but he doesn't do seals!
