Conditions
-Naruto has all of his base abilities from massive chakra, shadow clones, rasengan variants, Rasenshuriken, Gamabunta summon, AND he can control going 2-Tails, 4-Tails if he goes berserk.
Sasuke has all of his hebi abilities: Fire Syle, Lighting Style, Curse Mark, Manda/other snake summons, regeneration, and Kirin.
-They know all of Pain's abilities
Location: Grassy Hills and there's a thunderstorm brewing

Yeah he might've but he was in sage mode not base mode. I mean if he had sasuke guarding him and he went into sage mode he would surely own them as he has sasuke aswell. And if sasuke used Kirin (shinra tensei) pain would just repel it or (chakra sucking) pain would just absorb. although that would give naruto a chance to own them all with rasenshuriken
