wtf is wrong with you to think gai kakashi can match 6th gate gai? he can barely match base speed gai... he isn't even a 5 speed...

it's useless to bring databoook now,databook stoped at chapter 409 (before pain arc)
base kakashi and gai with gates was enough fast to save naruto from tobi.

if gai base was really faster than kakashi he'd not open gates to increase his speed in order to save naruto.

This is absurd.

Kakashi CANNOT match Gai's speed with 6 Gates. It's absolutely stupid to think that.

Gai is a taijutsu expert/specialist. This involves using his physical body including speed, strength, agility, etc. He beats Kakashi in anything related to taijutsu and it's attributes. Let alone with 6 Gates...


It's just like the OP said, Gai and Kakashi were up against 6 Bijuu. Why would Gai zip towards them at 100% by himself? The plan was to use their full strength, but work together, which is why Gai is slowing himself down to match Kakashi's speed. So they can stick together and fight in unison...Not have one of them barge in by themselves and get themselves killed 1v6...

Seriously, this isn't a hard concept to wrap your heads around. It's common sense.

He opened the gates to use morning peacock, Kakashi is slow, and he used morning peacock to fan away that slug jinx rotting gas

Reaction time and movement time are completely different. Both Kakashi and Gai are S-rank ninja, and able to react to attacks at the drop of a hat. Kakashi vs six gates Gai in a footrace? Gai could round the world in the time it would take Kakashi to go a mile.

Gai is faster than Kakashi even without his Gates. You're the only person here who thinks otherwise.

Maybe while Kakashi is performing Raikiri he can keep up with 6 gates Guy since Raikiri requires the user to move at extremely fast speeds.

Maybe...

People are ALWAYS commenting on kakashis speed. So yeah I think kakashi can keep up. The only person to comment on Gai's speed was sasuke. Sasuke opinion < tobi Nagato kakazu(and many other badass characters) opinion.

No1: Guy in his 6th Gate, rapes Kakashi in terms of both speed & raw power.
No2: Guy was slowing himself down so they could attack together.
No3: If by any means, Kishi made it so that Kakashi=6th gate in terms of speed or power, then the Gates just got TROOOOOOOLLED!!!!
No4: The Duo could not take on multiple Biju as Itachi49 stated. They'd get humped...hard. What was it they were gonna against those TBB's?

Basically you are right.
