He is yet to decide a real goal for himself. Always thinking about Killing someone or other is not really a sensible life goal. Is it?

Though I think he will come back to his senses in the end. Oro was a master maipulator. Madara is even better. Itachi knew Madara was manipulating him too and still was helpless to stop him. He just succeeded in hindering him and paid the price with his own life.

I think Naruto and Sasuke will join hands in the end to fight Madara.

I think Sasuke will be so predictable to NOT show his feelings in that the village that his brother Itachi loved so much and wanted to protect... is now gone. And instead observe the power of Pain and Naruto's and make it a competition of power to the victor against himself.
Sasuke is so self centered and judges everything according to himself.

That's what makes him so predictable in that Naruto and him are opposites. Naruto grows because he has had to in order to protect others out of love.
And Sasuke grew because he wanted to revenge in hatred.

Sasuke's biggest lesson is that he will fight tooth and nail against having forgiveness against Konoha's elders for ordering Itachi to kill his clan and thus his parents (for destroying his family).
