Looks: 5'6", medium spiked silver hair, he wears cloak similar to the akatsuki but instead of a cloud pattern it is fully silver. He always has a fierce look on his face. He wears his forehead protector in different places when hes in different moods, when hes in a fierce mood he wears it around his neck. But when hes relaxed he wears it around his left arm.

Personality: He has a fierce personality do to always wanting to protect his friends and family after loosing to a shinobi and his uncle dieing as a result. He will go to all costs to complete a mission but when his comrades are in danger he will doing nothing but to rescue them if needed.

Background Info.
History: When he was 13 years old after the massacre of the uchiha clan Roshibu was caught in the heat off battle he lost that battle along with his left eye. Roshibu's Father went to the Hokage and asked him if they could implant and eye from one of the uchiha clan's dead, the hokage didn't approve of this because the Hokage did not want to disturb the uchiha's burial ground . After that happened he was forced into a coma to heal the wound he had. when he woke up he learned that his father was killed by a missing-nin because of what he asked the hokage to do for his son . Roshibu went onto a rampage and ended up killing the missing-nin that killed his father, but Roshibu was never declared as a missing-nin because the hokage granted him approval to avenge his fathers death. because he had killed this missing-nin he was declared as the Rising Phantom.

Nope, that doesnt work. Both sharingan and byakugan are from uchiha and hyuga, which both require 1500 posts, mate. :C

Hay i was wondering if you could link me to the page were it says how many you have to have in order to make a character bio thats part of clan ex. ( huyga, uchiha, uzamaki) ya know?

Also are you able to teach justu like lightning release and such benn looking around and thought i would ask you ^_^
