I am sorry, the result is kinda sloppy that's because I rushed it and used the free-hand pentool to make lines and shades.
Steps:
1. Open your image, resize it.
2. Create a regular 1px Lineart with the pen-tool.
3. Fill in lineart with original image colors.
4. Copy the form of the shapes from the original.
5. Color the shades like in the original.
6. Color the lineart with matching colors to make it look better. (Not in Video)
7. Do the Background (Not in Video)
8. Do some final adjustments like maybe adding a light source etc. (Not in Video)
