Alright enough trolling. Ciberr here is my sempai and he will be here teaching you with me, which is more for your benefit than mine. You will have a sensei teaching you and a sempai guiding you through this as well.
For this training session, we will start with one of two options:
•TP; Themed Past (Plot): When students and teachers start with a background story, and blends into training. They usually end up asking sensei or forcing him/her to teach them. It may be due to some impressive thing they do, to relate it more to the actual anime, just like Killer Bee first rejected Naruto to teach him how to control Nine-tails but then ends up training him because he impressed Bee with his actions.
• FF; Fast Forward: Is more like when we skip all the story part, the student ask a teacher and he agrees and they train. The example would be Naruto getting trained in Rasengshuriken. Kakashi and Yamato were obliged to teach him. Yamato though was forced by Kakashi, so you can have a sensei, sempai RP inside the training.
Which method we starts with depends on your choosing.

Chakra: Chakra is the fuel that powers up the vehicle that is ninja arts(nice analogy ehhhh?). It is the molding of the physical energy, which is present in every cell of the body, and the spiritual energy, which is gained from exercise and experience. Molding the chakra is done by two basic principles: Shape Manipulation and Nature Transformation. Shape manipulation pertains to the ability to give your chakra a desired form while Nature transformation pertains to the ability to give your chakra a desired set of characteristics/ properties. Sometimes, to better mold chakra, ninja use Hand seals. Hand seals are simply hand gestures that allow the ninja to more easily concentrate and mold the chakra into the desired technique.
Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu is the ability to accomplish tasks that would be otherwise impossible to do by a regular person. Ninjutsu is done by two steps: Focusing your chakra and Molding your chakra. Focusing on chakra is your will power to "will" a portion of your chakra to do something. On the other hand, molding is giving your chakra a set of characteristics that will enable you to produce the desired end effect. Think of the chakra flow as our breathing. Normally, it happens passively, without any conscious intervention. However, when you need to you can use your will to control it. Its the same with your chakra flow. Its happens normally without your conscious intervention.However, you can focus your chakra and make it produce something.
Lightning Element: Lightning is a destructive element that doesn't need much focusing of the chakra to be effective. The element can be use to pierce through objects with speed and also use to paralyze your opponent for a few seconds. As shown in the manga, it can be infused with weapons to increase its piercing damage and can be discharged throughout the user body, attacking from all directions.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Lightning is strong against Earth but is weak against Wind. Lightning can be used in conjunction with Water since water conducts electricity. This means that a Water Release technique can be used to increase the damage of a Lightning Release technique and vice versa.
The Uniqueness of Lightning: The only unique attributes that comes to mind is1) It can be used to paralyze your opponent;and (2), you can discharge it from your whole body, causing it to attack from all directions. You can infuse it within your ninja tools, but that is not unique since you can do that with the Wind element as well.
That is pretty much all I know so far.

Madara looked down at his student as Anakin stood beside him.
"Raiton is fast, erratic and dangerous. To master it means mastering nature itself. Lightning release emphasizes that you have precise aim and speed, the two factors associated with it. Before we start learning, I want you to meditate as I create several weak bolts of lightning around you, try to get a feel of the nature of the lightning and recreate that feel."
Madara looked down at his student as Anakin stood beside him.

As soon as Madara was finished with his instructions, Bo-bobo sat in front of him Indian style. Bo-bobo then closed his eyes and starts to meditate. As this was happening, Madara molded some lightning chakra and created a few lightning bolts around Bo-bobo. Even though the bolts were weak, Bo-bobo could have still feel the heat that was being emitted from the bolts.
While Bo-bobo was listening to the crackling sound of the bolts, he starts to visualize how the bolts might look like. By doing this, Bo-bobo managed to get his chakra to recreate what he was thinking which caused the chakra to increase its high frequency vibrations to generate lightning throughout his body.
From the outside, Madara and Anakin put their shades oncool to block the beaming light that was being emitted from my body. Madara then proceeds to wake me up from my meditation so we could move on with the lesson.

As Bo-bobo (i'm seriously not writing that everytime >_>') sat and tried to generate lightning, Madara caused one of the small bolts to strike him, allowing him to feel it's destructive force.
"I'm sorry I had to do that, but you see how dangerous uncontrolled lightning can be. This is the very reason we are in training. Now, did you feel how the lightning felt? The sheer power and vibrations flowing through you? Make your chakra paths reflect this, becoming like the very nature of Lightning. "
As Madara spoke, he caused the lightning jutsu to sease, ending the slight paralysis and small pain Bo felt as the lightning touched him. Panting, Bo sat back down and continued meditating, trying to achieve this.

The feeling was so exhilarating, Bo-bobo felt the urge to just let loose his chakra, but knowing that Madara will probably turned him into a potato, so he kept his cool until Madara was ready for him to stop.

Each category will have a specific number of techniques based on the similarities between the techniques, regardless of rank. I will then teach you the basic concepts of the method and test you on your knowledge and then we will continue alright?

Each specific jutsu as that's how I would have you do it if we were learning it one by one. You can post them all in one large spoiler, like I'm doing when I post them. Ready?
Method 1: Bolts/Projectiles
Alright, this first method fairly simple. Projectiles, just like kunai and shuriken, projectiles are weapons that leave you and travel towards your opponent. The power of the projectiles depends on the amount of force you implement in it. For example if you launch a kunai using with half your energy, it won't have as much speed and power as it would if you launched it with all your energy. That's somewhat what the concept is in paralle to rank. A D-ranked projectile technique is not as strong as a C-ranked because it doesn't have as much chakra and energy thrown into it. Now with that said we go onto to the element itself. With lightnign projectiles you first:
*Gather a fixed amount you raiton chakra into the point of release (hands, feet, etc, etc)
*Condense it using shape manipulation to give it shape and focus all the chakra you gethered into the single manifestation
*Release it in the desired direction towards your target.
Now in the case where you produce multiple lightning projectiles you would follow these steps
*Gather a fixed amount of your raiton chakra into the point of release
*Condense it using shape manipulation to give it shape
*Divide the chakra equally among the projectiles you are releasing allowing you to release them in close proximities (near instantly after one another)
*Then release.
The reason for this is, in the RP, when you release multiple projectiles using one jutsu, the equivalent of those individual techniques is the rank of the jutsu you release.
