I would give him about 2 in intelligence.

I think that's a silly point. That was placed in there simply for comic relief, there are so many events in the manga that show a decent level of battle strategy and you're choosing one isolated occasion, one that everyone uses anyway? The databook from early part 2 gives him a 3 so I'd say he's a 3.5 or maybe even a 4 now.

"Kakuzu got trolled" Do you realize what you're saying. You're saying that you're a better judge of the ability of a character that Kishimoto created! The manga didn't contradict itself. I've never seen that it's been stated that Hashirama was the best clone user. Provide the scan. Otherwise, you're just in denial because you hate Naruto, and you don't like the idea that he's smarter than you thought, and you're just blaming his accomplishments on bad writing.

OK, fine. I was just pointing out how his argument doesn't work. It just frustrates me when people resort to this. "Come on guys, you're smarter than this!" is what I think.

4. He is an adept battle genius.

I came here to say this. In battle (which should be what counts here) Naruto has demonstrated exceptional cunning that has matured over the years.

He was also able to go from first learning that he had wind, to creating rasenshuriken, which is no small feat. Albeit it was with the use of clones, but that is not really a factor considering the fact that he was still self sufficient in learning it.
