Rate Naruto intellegent without Kurama present

Don't compare him with sasuke in intelligence and he's inferior to sasuke in that department. On topic tho ill rate him a 3.5

That remains to be seen. Sasuke's good at tactics, Naruto's good at tactics. Sasuke controls nature for Kirin, Naruto controls nature to fuse it with his chakra for sage mode. Sasuke has chidori variants, Naruto has ransengan variants. They're pretty much equal in tactics and skill in ninjutsu. Naruto is arguably better at ninjutsu, but Sasuke knows more technical things.

"Kakuzu got trolled" Do you realize what you're saying. You're saying that you're a better judge of the ability of a character that Kishimoto created! The manga didn't contradict itself. I've never seen that it's been stated that Hashirama was the best clone user. Provide the scan. Otherwise, you're just in denial because you hate Naruto, and you don't like the idea that he's smarter than you thought, and you're just blaming his accomplishments on bad writing.
