Rate Naruto intellegent without Kurama present

I gave him 3.5 coulda, shoulda gave him a 4... First I don't c how Kurama is a factor in his intelligence...
Hes obviously not the smartest character in the anime world but hes fantastic at what he does which is fighting... Hes always been intelligent in his own lil way- using kage bunshins to help with his rasengan n then usin them again for his element control training... Hes a quick study and takes on board what people tell him... Com on his father was known as a genius and even he wasn't able to complete the rasengan..... I think I just talked myself in to giving him a 4.5 haha

Fact is even if their flawed sometimes they are the closest thing we have to the right answer, much more reliable than you're opinion.

He simply didn't know the definition of consensus, to the point where he started asking Madara ''What did you call me?''. Even though the definition of the word is ''a general agreement''. It's fine to not know the definition of the word, but the ''What did you call me?'' is nothing but a stupid remark.

Let me ask you this. Naruto increased his intellect with 1.5 over a time span of 4 years (training with Jiraiya). Do you really think he increased more than 0.5 in less than a year?

Cant come up with proper strategies in a pinch, he was baffled & had no idea what to do when confronted with CBT, naruto even had info on the damn thing (& the proper firepower to boot). Itachi who just witnessed that jutsu for the first time easily came up with a simple solution. Naruto with his "4+" in intelligence should be able to react accordingly, no?? I sure as hell think so.

Naruto cant even share simple info in a pressured situation, if it wasnt for kakashi & his intelligence then naruto would sound like a madman, spouting gibberish & contributing nothing to his teammates.

Funny thing is that those things are all feats shown after his supposed "increase" in intelligence, naruto has hardly increased in the intelligence department, kishi even emphasizes it..

Well when the last databook came out it was before the invasion of Pain, meaning before Naruto gained Sage mode etc.

The fact Naruto was able to figure out a way by himself to throw a Rasenshuriken shows his intelligence had improved not to mention it was Naruto's idea to use the shadow clones to refill his Sage mode.

I could go on about how he completely outsmarted Pain and if it wasn't for Pain's powers coming back in the nick of time Naruto would have defeated all three of the remaining Pain's in one move.

I'll admit Naruto isn't the smartest, but I don't whether it's just haters of fanboys but people are clearly underestimating his intelligence if they think he hasn't gotten smarter since before the invasion of Pain arc.

No. He's at least a 3 given his last score and there are examples out there that show growth. A 3.5-4 score isn't unreasonable.

For Naruto to deduce how to defeat 3rd Raikage...
For Naruto to deduce how to free the enslaved Bijuu...
For Naruto to get along with everyone's fighting style on different war-fronts...

To battle with Obito with a clone for a long time w/o letting him notice...

Not many expert Kage Bunshin users are shown in manga, but Naruto is simply one of the best...
He knows how to use his resources in a battle to the fullest potential...
