I think in the naruto verse a genius in jutsu's mean able to master them quickly and at a young age. Like how Saskue learn the fireball jutsu at age 7, and eventhough he has basically 1 jutsu, he has perfected the sage mode, and showed different variation of the rasengan and sexy jutsu lol
Ive got multiple scans that show naruto with clearly the same level of intelligence as shown part 1.

His terrible memory, how can a ninja be intelligent if he cant even memorize simple jutsu?

Cant come up with proper strategies in a pinch, he was baffled & had no idea what to do when confronted with CBT, naruto even had info on the damn thing (& the proper firepower to boot). Itachi who just witnessed that jutsu for the first time easily came up with a simple solution. Naruto with his "4+" in intelligence should be able to react accordingly, no?? I sure as hell think so.

Naruto cant even share simple info in a pressured situation, if it wasnt for kakashi & his intelligence then naruto would sound like a madman, spouting gibberish & contributing nothing to his teammates.
Funny thing is that those things are all feats shown after his supposed "increase" in intelligence, naruto has hardly increased in the intelligence department, kishi even emphasizes it..
He's emphasizing nothing he's clearly keeping Naruto in character.
So if Naruto's as stupid as you say, why is he able to think of plans able to outsmart Nagato, Kabuto (who was in control of the 3rd Raikage and the 2nd Tsuchikage) and even Kakuzu.
Just because someone say's there a stupid doesn't mean they haven't grown.
Also I'd like to add, Naruto wasn't technically wrong about the second page since he wasn't the one who got him out of that technique last time Kurama did, he had no idea how to get out.
He's about 4 in battle
some of is battle int feats
-during Pain invasion, he found a way to compensate for Sage mode's time limits by using clones
-he devised layers of faint attacks to take down naraka path by throwing a kage bunshin clone disguised as a rasensuriken while the oter one attacked the naraka path.
-quick thinking when preta path was absorbing his chakra, he countered it by feeding preta path with unbalanced sage chakra.
-he caught deva path with clone bunshins disguised as rocks, while deva not noticing it at all.
-he used a clever way to make his rasenshuriken hit the elusive 3rd raikage by using his chakra arms like yo-yo
-at the war, he found out a way to penetrate 3rd raikage's unpenetrable armor by gathering intelligence and creating a counter
-he devised a plan to hit obito with kakashi's assistance by attacking with a full tbb while the other clone waits on the kamui dimension for a surprise attack.

Now now now, define intelligence... Battle intelligence? life wisdom? tactical skills? I'd give him 4.5 cos of his young age, but considering he's grown so fast till now having so many obstacles and difficulties he'll end up eventually with 5.
He's 16 and he already has realized that fighting one with another will solve nothing, he deals with his sensei's death at this age pretty damn well. He's the one who managed to change Kurama's heart. He is somewhat leading the alliance, (it's more like a cooperation of them all). He comes up with nice strategies even and especially when at point blank, He's actually evened up to people of Hokage's rank(there are debates who'd win Naruto or Nagato for example). It's shown he's grown a lot and keep growing, Think that taking all that under consideration solid 4.5 is appropriate

This I can somewhat agree with. I honestly wouldn't go as far as saying it's 4.5 now, rather something around 4, but good argument. I too believe Naruto will eventually be a 5/5, but I think he has to be just a bit older to reach that. A few more years. Though the databooks are just a little messed up. The only reason I say he's around a 4 now is because people such as Shikamaru have a 5, even though he actually deserves something beyond 5. The ratings are a bit messed up for a few characters, which can make it harder to judge a stat.
Unlike ppl like Sasuke,Kakashi,Shikamaru etc Naruto grown in an Idiotic way and yet he have been showing good intelict....if there is some one skilled to look after Naruto he would be on par with ppl like Minato and Itachi...........
That's kinda biased. You have to let people who think that have their say. For the record, I voted 4. He's not very bright at day to day life, but he's a genius in ninjutsu and battle tactics.

Naruto isn't stupid. He just learns stuff differently. He is a quick thinker when it comes to battle. His lack of understanding basic things was because of the lack of education. Even Jiraya skipped the basics with Naruto.Let's face it...

Don't know about that. He has 6 notable justsu. Shadow clones, ransengan (already disproved the guy I responded to), ransenshuriken, summoning, planetary ransengan, and tailed beast ransengan.
