This was actually a doton jutsu up to recently. You use your lightning chakra and create a spread of lightning that dislodges rocks on a cliff to make them fall on your enemies below.

This one is very recent in the manga. You need to have created a shadow clone before hand. When you do so, the shadow clone and you will connect to each other through a thin chain of sharp lightning. You both get some distance from each other and run towards a target. As the chain touches something it will cut it as a sharp thin wire would. Remember however, that this move leaves some vulnerability to water as you are connected through a long lightning chain to your clone. A big enough water attack will result in your electrifying yourselves.

By also channelling Raiton through the entire body the user can defend themselves from Taijutsu users or release themselves from Genjutsu (Because only b****s use Gen). Also channelling chakra into different areas like the ground or sky makes it harder for an opponent to anticipate.
Disadvantages: This method if quite time consuming in the Narutoverse because it first requires the user to first channel chakra before execution. If fighting someone with extensive knowledge and experience, this method can easily defended against.
Strategy: This method is best used at long range unless using it to defend. Best used as a follow up to a water jutsu.
Combinations:
Firstly forming water above my opponent to drench them.

Then maybe finish it with a bang.
